Not handed
These are very well made and work well, but both are exactly the same, it would have been nice if they were LH & RH or up and down facing depending on fitment. If you are fitting into a bank of usb slots you could end up covering vacant slots. Check the listing photos to make sure it will fit where you want it to.

Perfect if you need a right angle USB
I used these in our vans for android auto as the USB ports are in a daft location and these allow the cable to lay flat and out of the way. So far they've worked perfectly. Build quality seems nice and robust, no issues with connections. If you need a right angle adapter, get one.

Very neat - worked perfectly for my Anycubic Mono 2 3D printer
My new 3D printer has its USB socket annoyingly located on the side. As I have limited space, and my Wash and Cure 3 is next to the printer, having the USB flash drive poking out of the side is rather inconvenient. This right angle adapter worked perfectly for me - the flash drive now sticks out "facing forwards" and is flat against the side of the printer. Very neat. Just make sure you order the correct orientation item for your application. Highly recommended.

Good for cable where you need an angle but no good for if you have duel sockets close together?
Great angled connection to keep your cables out of the way but if you have a duel or multiple connections this may not suit your use? As it can cover the next socket and can’t use it? I bought this to keep the wires away from legs in a car 12v power socket and has two outlets, but once plugged in covers the second socket rendering the second socket useless? So wasn’t any use to me, but I have kept them for use in the home should I need and angled connection?

Really Useful Twist
I have some USB plug sockets built into my wall sockets which when you have items in front of them do not fit fully back to the wall with a normal USB cable connected. This clever device turns the connection by 90 degrees and adds very little to the distance it sticks out. Just what I wanted.
