Edit 1 year later: I’ve purchased this item several times over the past year. My last shipment was a 2 pack. Upon opening the first bottle there was a Noticable foul odor and the capsules were very rock hard. This is not the normal quality. I emailed customer service and over a week later never heard back, so I tried to request a refund but this item is nonrefundable. Frustrating! I opened the second bottle to inspect it but it seems to be okay. Don’t expect much from customer service and don’t buy unless you’re okay with potentially wasting $$$. —————- Original review: No bad taste. I can’t say it’s helping *yet* but hope to know within the next 2-4 months at dr visit. I’ve been taking consistently for approx 6 months now. The label can be a little confusing, so just know that if you are looking to take 3,000 mg you need 6 pills per day.
