Does the work for gaming pc with 750W PSU
To be honest the product quality is good and does the work can handle a gaming pc very well I have a 750W psu gaming pc and no problem at all and easy to use Beep sound is there but it only beeps when there is no electricity so as normal use it wonโt affect your experience. Keep it at usual place it doesnโt overheat or anything it does heat but it is the part of it. It is not like bad heating Fan sound is also non noticeable as itโs current summer time and ceiling fan makes more sound so itโs not even noticeable at all even still is it not too loud The only problem I faced is the socket on back is only 6A sockets and some components does require 16A socket so if you are buying this for 16A plug this and any UPS doesnโt have that sharing this because I had problem with it

Excellent UPS
The Artis 1500VA (900W) UPS is a high-performance backup solution with one major catch: it is incredibly loud noise . The Pros โSuperb Battery Life: Armed with dual 12V 9Ah batteries, it gives a standard office PC 45โ60 minutes of backup, and a heavy gaming rig 15โ25 minutes. โReliable Protection: Fast 2โ4ms switching ensures your PC never restarts during a blackout, and built-in AVR handles voltage spikes smoothly. โThe Cons โAnnoying Fan Noise: The internal cooling fan is loud, whiny, and aggressive. It kicks in during charging, backup, and voltage regulation, which can be highly distracting in a quiet room.

Good UPS, Can Support 750W Gaming PC Setup
UPS behaves as designed, mine arrived with no issues with packaging or unit itself. It is able to support my gaming PC with 750W Gold PSU, 9070XT ~320W, 7700X ~90W, 27in monitor, PS5 in idle, and 60W+ phone charger without interruption when power is lost During first 2-3 nights it would click on and off with the fan running which was audible and a bit distracting but this stopped after, and has happened only once or twice since August with my usage. When in battery power mode it beeps often so it can get annoying, for my use case I only need it to provide power before generator backup restores power. Fan is also somewhat loud and annoying buzzing sound when it is on battery power.

Long Wait for Warranty Replacement With No Clear Updates
I purchased the Artis PowerSafe 1500VA UPS from Amazon on 8 October 2024. The UPS worked fine initially, but within the warranty period it developed a serious fault. Even when the UPS was switched OFF, it continued passing mains power directly to the output, which defeats the purpose of having a UPS. I contacted Artis support on 27 June 2026. They accepted the warranty claim and arranged a pickup. The UPS was collected on 1 July and delivered to their service centre on 10 July. From 11 July onwards, I kept receiving the same response that my replacement would be shipped soon. After several follow ups, on 16 July I was informed that the replacement unit was on backorder, but no expected date was provided. On 20 July, Artis confirmed that my UPS was beyond repair and would be replaced, yet they still could not tell me when it would actually be dispatched. For several weeks, I kept asking for a proper update, an expected dispatch date, or an RMA number, but I never received a clear answer. Since I had already been waiting for weeks with no resolution, I finally had to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). I understand that electronic products can fail, and I was not upset because the UPS stopped working. What disappointed me was the warranty support. Once the company had confirmed that my UPS could not be repaired, I expected a replacement within a reasonable time or at least honest communication with a clear timeline. If you are planning to buy this UPS, please do not judge it only by the product. Also consider the after sales service, because that is what really matters when you need warranty support. My experience with the warranty process has been frustrating and disappointing.

Surprisingly Good for a Gaming PC!
I was not sure if I should get this UPS as I never heard of the company Artis. I have a gaming PC and wanted to get a UPS to provide me backup of at least 5-10 minutes so I would be safely able to save my work and shut down the PC. My gaming PC draws a load of roughly 600-650W when running a latest game. If a power cut happens during that time then I would need a UPS which can handle at least that much load for a few minutes. So far this UPS has performed really well and given me backup when needed. It also doesn't make any noise and operates very quietly which is a plus. I also registered my UPS on Artis website for additional 4 months of warranty, you should do the same. Now, how long will the UPS last and how well will be the service when I need the battery replaced needs to be seen. If any issues happen with the UPS, I will edit this review and inform everyone of what issue happened and when. If there are no edits on this review when you're reading it then it means that this UPS has been working well since June 2024.

Product is as it's described(Poor warranty claim experience)
Just after receiving the package, I plugged it in and is working just fine with no issues. For now I've given it 4 stars. The reason being the 'Switch On' button feels wiggly and poor. The instruction manual is really easy to follow. I will update my experience after some extensive use. For now, I feel satisfied with the purchase. Edit: after using the device for over a month, I have come up with no issues. Edit 2: It's been a little more than 6 months of using this UPS. I've not encountered any issues with it yet. I have plugged in my gaming computer with this which draws near around 500W (at max load) of power and a monitor that consumes 50W, which is a total of 550W. If power cuts out, it gives me enough time to switch off my computer and theoretically, it should provide 10 mins of backup power with what load I'm using, given my PC is sitting idly. (Not tested this because I don't want my computer to suddenly turn off.) My only said problem is, when it switches to back up power, it makes a static noise which has gotten a bit worse the last month, but other than that, when it is receiving power, it is really silent. Occasionally, the fan turns on inside it to keep it cool but that is barely any noise. Edit 3: It's now 2 years of me using this UPS. It had an issue where the main power bypasses the UPS without the UPS even being on. So, the next most sensible decision I took was to claim warranty. They picked up my package and after it reached the destination hub, it is just sitting there, not being delivered. The company (Artis) have partnered with Xpressbees (the worst shipping company) and there will be chances for either they screwing up the delivery, notoriously delaying it or you losing your package. (Claimed warranty on 15 November 2025, the package reached the destination HUB on 27 November and is just sitting there. Mind you, the time I'm writing this is 4th December 2025) Artis does not deserve this kind of rating since their product is good, but this continuous back and forth with the whole package not being delivered is mentally draining. Edit : I did recieve a replacement after a month, finally. (Replacement issued on 19th December 2025)

Good value for money
I have been using this for about a month now. I have read complaints about noise. The UPS has a fan, which switches on while being on battery. It's the fan that is associated with some noise. When the UPS is on a/c supply, there is no noise. I have also read complaints about an acidic odour but so far I haven't sniffed any. The backup is good. I run a 650 watt PSU, an LED screen and a set of small stereo speakers that aren't over 60 watts on this UPS. The dimensions are also convenient for PC desks that are usually crammed.

Good Product and VFM
After a month of use here are my observations - Pros - 1. Great load capacity - I'm not sure about the full 900W but my system draws around 600W and I've got more than enough time while not gaming (30 - 45 mins) and enough time while gaming to play for 10-15 mins and save the game and shut down if needed. 2. Space saving - Hardly takes space and is very compact for the load capacity. 3. Backup is instant and fast, never had any reboots or power loss events on the PC. So far so good. Cons - 1. The beeping noise when on battery is too frequent. Can get a little annoying . 2. There seems to be a slight buzzing sound when in battery mode not sure if that is expected. 3. The fan can be little bit noisy but in my experience in past APC 1100va is louder so its not that bad.
