I love my new pitcher
I had a smaller one and decided to get this one so I wouldn't have to refill it so much. The lid comes off easy to clean it. You first pop the lid that opens and closes, then you pull the other part off. I hate tap water and the Brita water tastes so much better. The compartment hold a lot of water and it takes 3 to 4 times to fill this pitcher up It is sturdy, well made and I like it much better than my older one. Although once it is full, it is heavy so I have to use 2 hands. The filter was easy to put in. I like this one also because the lid stays on when you fill the compartment. My older one you had to take the whole lid off, this one is easier. I have CRPS and easier is what I need. This is worth it, especially if you hate tap water like I do. I literally gag if I have to take my medicine with tap water. I'm so glad I bought this one and I know it will last long because my other lasted a few years and is still good. I'm donating it to a thrift store. Smile and kindness matters🧡

Brita 10 cup Pitcher
Great size. Beautiful color. Might seem smaller then the white one. But its not. Different, the same. Looking forward to using it. 10 cups of water fits in there. Easy to use.

Water tastes great, filter flashes green when it is still good, so you know if you need to change it. Since it holds a lot of water, it can be a slight heft to lift when full, but probably only an issue for older folks.

AWESOME
I think this is a great alternative for folks who have humble incomes but don't want to fill the world with plastic water bottles. I now have two! The water tastes great, and I consistently use the ultra filters - which seem to make a difference, too. Excellent choice for those without installed reverse osmosis at home.

Great customer service
Product arrived damaged. I did not know this and thought I was somehow overfilling the container. But my sister came to visit and found a crack. It only had a 30 day return so now I am stuck with a leaking pitcher. I contacted Brita directly and they have been wonderful. They are sending a replacement. They replied quickly and Ashlee was very easy to work with.
