Looks to be good quality
Haven't cooked with it yet but it seems to be good quality, with a lovely colour, smell and viscosity. Will update if necessary but I have high hopes. Although I generally prefer to deep-fry with lard, my new fryer has a filter and storage facility (after cooling, filters into an integrated plastic tub which can then be kept in the fridge), so I researched the best, and, health wise, safest oil to use for frying. Although not inexpensive, this won on quality and price. We'll see how long it lasts with regular filtering, and how it tastes. Only thing I would suggest is that the seller puts a 'THIS WAY UP' label on the parcel as it was delivered upside down so, even though still sealed, and box was surrounded by bubble wrap, it had managed to leak into the box a little.

Rapeseed oil versus olive oil
I bought this rapeseed oil for the first time and I find it has all of the good stuff I was looking for .Its a good deal cheaper than extra virgin olive oil and a bonus is supporting a British company .Taste in my opinion is more subtle than olive oil oil especially on salads or sauces ..I shall be very happy to buy from this company on a regular basis .

Very good quality oil for cooking. A tad pricey but worth it

Hot stuff
Very good value for this oil which is on a par with olive oil health-wise and at a reasonable price. This oil reaches a much higher temperature that other oils when frying and consequently more versatile.

Next time you change your oil, change to this one.
It was after discovering that a number of high quality restaurants that I enjoyed had switched to rapeseed oil for their deep frying, that I decided to try it for myself. Although this is the only brand that I have tried, the results are so excellent that I see no reason for changing. The oil has a rich, luscious golden colour and smooth, slightly nutty taste that makes it an ideal salad and marinade alternative to extra virgin olive oil. But it's as a deep frying alternative to sunflower or corn oil that it really excels. With its very high burn point and half the saturated fat levels of even olive oil, it results in my best-ever chips! I also now use it for all my stir-frying. I haven't yet tried it as an alternative to, say, goose fat for roasting potatoes, but I'm sure it would give excellent - and healthier - results. However, I still prefer the rather special taste of coconut oil for cooking curries.
