Hi, I recently started using this set but the pencil does not eject the lead so I cannot use it?

hi Maria Try pressing the top of the pencil and it should slowly come down and when the pencil is not in use gently press the lead back into the pencil. Do not forget u have a rubber in the top of the parker stainless just twist it gently and its there Good luck any further problems just get in touch all love and prayers tony
