Great filament, great prices
I’ve almost exclusively switched to elegoo filament for both my printers (I have a flashforge and an Anycubic), minus extremely niche colors. I have had very consistent prints with zero failures while using elegoo’s various filaments (differing colors and plastics). Every roll I’ve used has been neatly wound so far, and the price is great. I think at this point out of my 30-40ish full size spools, about 75% is elegoo.

Beautifully smooth, even, detailed prints with a nice matte finish!
I bought a spool of ELEGOO beige color for a project. It started off with a couple MAJOR issues with bed adhesion: after small successful tests, I ran the large main job. over halfway through, parts detached from the bed mid-print and collided with other parts, knocking them loose and ending up with a huge spaghetti tangle. I lost a distressingly large amount of filament on that failure - I didn't weigh it, but I estimate nearly half the spool. I'm contacting their support line in hopes they'll help replace the lost material somehow, since their suggested bed temp range didn't work at all. (I'll update with how their service is.) I did some trial-and-error adjusting on the suggested bed temps, and lost some more material in the process. I'll have to look back and see what temps I ended up with, and edit this review to add them in case it helps anyone else. After the temperature adjustments, the project printed impressively well. Smooth matte finish, minuscule layer lines, and a nice beige color tone. After the unfortunate waste from the first failures and the finished main project, I decided to print another small detailed project with the leftover filament. I purchased an .stl model of the gargoyle candelabras in Disney’s Haunted Mansion “stretching room”. The last two pics are the originals in Walt Disney World, for reference. (The 3D model is by SERGIMEN3DART on cults3d.) I fired off this smal-scale version before committing to a full-size print. The model is split into 7 parts. I printed them at .10 layer height on my Prusa MINI+. They came out waaaay better than I expected... especially at such a small size! It's about 160mm wide, total. I quickly removed the support material and dry-fit the parts together. No other post-processing has been done. With a couple birthday candles clutched in his fists and an appropriate perch, he's ready for some pre-paint review pics. The details are sharp and clean, and the layer lines are almost invisible to the naked eye. I've still got to do some light cleanup, then prime, paint, and weather him up. He'll be a perfect lil watch guard, sitting on the shelf above my desk to keep an eye on things and ward off bad vibes and evil spirits. ;) I'll definitely be buying more of this filament. Just gotta decide which color I could use next....

Good Filament overall, Just wanted to update my earlier review and clear this up!
Update 10/04/2024: BACK AFTER 1 DAY SHY OF A YEAR! So it turns out the filament wasn't the issue, but was a hot end fan and a power supply fan that were causing the issue. Apparently they were both dying and not cooling the heat sync and/ or power supply adequately. Those were causing intermittant issues with almost all filaments other than one brand that starts with and O. This filament is printing really well currently, and havent had an issue with since doing a major overhaul of my entire hotend assembly and replacing the powersupply fan. 5 Stars for Quality of the filament 5 Stars for quality of the prints with the filament 5 Stars for Elegoo Customer Service (Though they should get 10!) 5 Stars for Elegoo all around from me! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 10/05/23: If I could rate customer service at Elegoo, I would give it 5 stars! Very responsive, and willing to try to get issues taken care of in a timely manner. However, I am settling on a 2 star review of Elegoo's PLA and PLA+. I was sent 2 rolls of their PLA+ to replace the PLA rolls that I purchased, and spent the better part of 2 evenings experiencing the same issues that I originally had with their regular PLA (Under extrusion, clogging, etc.). I even went back and used my filament drier on both of the previously purchased rolls of PLA for 60 hours each, and still am unable to print with them. I love Elegoo, and will always recommend their resin/resin printers, but I can not recommend their filament at this time. I'm going to try to dry out the PLA+ rolls for 80 hours each and see if that makes a difference. Update 09/25/23: Adding 2 stars to my original review. Elegoo customer service was super quick and friendly with a response and reached out to me to offer an option to replace or refund my purchase. I chose to have them replace the rolls, and they stated that they would be sending out their PLA+. Will update review again once I get a chance to test out the new rolls! I bought 2 spools of the black, and printed just fine through half of the first one. Then I started having issues with adhesion, under extrusion, and clogs in my hot end. I was printing at 205C, and leved the bed between each failed print just to rule those 2 factors out. I even tried to increase the temp, but still had print failure after print failure. So I thought maybe the filament had taken on some moisture. I opened the second roll, and the SAME issues developed. I love most other Elegoo products, but would steer clear of this filament for now.

This PLA filament pack comes in awesome and somewhat rare color ways, so very cool
These elegoo PLA filament packs come in great pastel-ish colors. The teal, green, pink, purple is perfect as those specific shades are kinda miraculously the favorite colors for my wife, son, and 2 daughters. I have used this filament to print a few mothers day statuettes or various toys for each of them. The PLA filament price is good, and I have not seen any big clogs or misprints from using this filament. However, I always dry filament before use because of high local humidity. Great filament, great colors, great price.

Great value for an excellent filament!
This product is fantastic! Although I’ve never used it before, I’m definitely going to buy it again. It worked flawlessly! There were no issues with stringing or clogging. I just wish the 1kg weight limit was higher because it’s not enough to print all the toys my grandkids need! Haha

UPDATE: MOISTURE in one of the two rolls
UPDATED REVIEW: TLDR: 1. BUY ELEGOO FILAMENT. Great prices, great filament, great quality… AFTER DRYING 2. GET A FILAMENT DRYER. Even if filament comes dry, it WILL absorb moisture. EVEN PLA! 3. LEARN BRIMS/MOUSE EARS for anything that is skinny and tall The Elegoo red PLA worked beautifully from day 1, but the blue wasted SO many hours of my time. Stringing like mozzarella, and non-adhesion/falling off mid-print. I dried the blue filament thoroughly (24 hr total), and it works beautifully now. ELEGOO is a GREAT VALUE if you have a filament dryer!!! I started the return process, but I'm keeping it, and I will definitely buy again. Elegoo reached out and offered a full refund, but I declined. On second thought, I deserve pain & suffering compensation, I'm going to ask for that refund. LOL LONG VERSION: 3D printing is a mysterious blend of science and art. When it works, everything has to be JUST so. When it fails, it could be almost anything, and it's not always just one thing that's wrong. My first print was a pre supported Pokemon Charizard that failed 4-5 times in a row, super stringy and supports coming loose early in the print. So I tried printing it using Bambu Lab PLA, and that failed too. Then I knew it wasn't (just) the Elegoo blue PLA. So I washed the Bambu Lab textured PEI plate w/ Dawn, used glue stick, still failed. Then I looked at the long skinny supports w/ tiny brims, and thought "that's not a great idea." I got the same model w/o supports and added tree style slim supports with wider brims, and it printed beautifully w/ Bambu Lab PLA. BUT it still failed w/ Elegoo blue (see mangled Charizard photo). At that point I was so frustrated I left a 1 star review and started the return process with Amazon. I didn't think it was moisture since I didn't see bubbling or hear hissing (but the Bambu Lab fans are LOUD), plus other reviewers said drying only improved prints a little. But I figured, I need a filament dryer anyway, why not try drying it? I used the Sovol 2-spool dryer at 50 °C for 6 hr x 4 sessions w/ just this blue roll in it. Twice when the dryer cooled I had to remove a LOT of condensation. The next two sessions produced no visible condensation, ending at 50 °C at 30% humidity (We're at 65% relative humidity in San Diego currently). ZERO print failures since drying the filament. I've printed the same Charizard, flawless, almost no stringing. I printed a tiny Blue from Netflix's Sea Beast, micro-mini cars that are part of surprise egg sets from Thingiverse. Look at all of that crisp clean detail! (I like to print at 0.08-0.12 mm layer heights for miniatures and variable layer heights for larger models.) The printing is flawless. Removing supports and brims? NOT flawless (freaking PITA), but not Elegoo's fault LOL. I will definitely buy Elegoo again, it's a great bargain. But dry it before using! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I was super excited to discover this 4.5-star PLA filament for such a reasonable price! But try as I might, this filament will not adhere to the print bed, nor will it stick to other layers of itself. There is no evidence of moisture, as there is no audible hissing or popping, no visible bubbling or steaming. It does not string much at all, and where it did adhere, it prints just fine and smooth. See attached photo that shows mangled mouth/jaw, wings, right arm; what isn't showing is that half the supports initially adhered, but later came off the platform. I tried everything: - textured PEI print plate - washed print plate with mild detergent and water - glue stick on print plate - hotend fan on - 220 °C hotend - 65 °C print bed I'm printing this on an almost new Bambu Lab P1P, a very capable, reliable machine that has produced flawless prints using filaments from Bambu Lab, Overture, and TEQstone using a 0.4 mm nozzle and layer heights of 0.08 to 0.2 mm. I am returning these and going to get more expensive PLA filament. My free time is worth more than the savings!

Works well in a Bambu A1
I bought this filament to use in a Bambu A1 with an AMS Lite. The A1 is very tolerant of different filament brands and types, but sometimes there are printer/filament combinations that just do not work well together, so this was still a little bit of a gamble. Every spool was vacuum sealed with its own desiccant bag. I had been using a spool of no-name filament before this so I tried the first spool with the same settings. Initially I had some adhesion problems and I ended up making a mess of spaghetti when the print became detached from the plate. I narrowed the settings down to a nozzle temp of 220 deg. and the bed plate at 65 deg. That, along with hairspray on the build plate and brims for small parts, completely cured any adhesion problems. The hairspray and brim not necessary for larger builds but it helps adhesion for tall, narrow prints that are easy to break off accidentally. I've been printing for a solid week with this stuff, sometimes 16 hours a day. I've had ZERO issues with the colors that I've tried so far. All the prints have had excellent surface finish and have worked flawlessly in my A1. After years of dealing with finicky printers, I'm finally at the point where I can hit the print button and walk away without looking over my shoulder. That's new to me because I've spend YEARS messing with old printers, taming the warp on ABS parts, leveling beds manually, etc. The A1 won't do ABS but considering what it WILL do, I hardly miss it at all. I even had one instance where I ran out of filament at the end of a print and had to load a second spool to finish. The new material bonded to the print without a hiccup and I was able to finish the job. That's pretty impressive for inexpensive PLA. When I bought this filament, it was $120 for the 10-pack, which is $12 a spool. That's quite a bargain, especially considering the quality that you're getting. If you're looking for a multi-color bundle, I'd wait for this to be on sale again (current price as of this writing is $150) and buy it. As of this writing, I think I've tried every color except orange and yellow, and all of them have printed beautifully. My multicolor prints have gone off without a hitch, and I'm getting excellent adhesion between different colors (as I would expect). If you're looking for multiple colors and you can find this bundle for a good price, jump on it.
