My local restaurant uses this curry paste too. Itโs very good! Extra strong and fresh so you need less if youโre sensitive to hot spicy food. Lots of flavor!

DELICIOUS- robust taste with good layering of flavors for a complex dish!
This chili paste is absolutely delicious and wonderful. We made a Thai coconut curry dish the other night and it was great. I will say that when adding it to a dish like that, you'll likely want to scale up the amount you add in significantly if you like more authentic spice level. This paste is toned I believe more for the average American versus someone who likes authentic Thai spice. That being said, double the recipe use and it's spot on!
