Can I have my eye doctor fit the lenses themseld

I got the spectacles, but did not get my masks for the 2nds time that I ordered them. So now I have accessories that I can not use. The first time they kept my money and did not ship...until I complained and got my money back. The 2nd time I ordered it supposedly got delivered but was apparently stolen on the way here...so I had to get another refund. I still want the masks but don't know how to get them. My advise is not to order accessories for the mask at the same time, wait till you actually get a mask. Then consider yourself lucky if you actually get one.
