As someone with a long history of complicated dental issues, I've become very particular about my dental products. When my hygienist told me that I needed to work at getting plaque away from my guns, I looked for a product to help with that and found this toothpaste. I've always liked Colgate, but this is an especially excellent toothpaste. It works very well, cleaning my teeth and gums thoroughly and leaving my whole mouth feeling great for hours, even after having my morning coffee. The mint flavor is strong but not overwhelming and fades in a reasonable amount of time. I would not eat or drink immediately after brushing, but you only need to wait a few minutes, not ages. The texture of the paste is smooth on the brush and friths with brushing to a solid foam that covers everything you want to clean. My teeth felt CLEAN the first time I used it and after regular use my mouth definitely feels cleaner than before, even after a night of sleeping open mouthed (thanks, allergies). My teeth are whiter, too. It's worth taking the time to find the toothpaste that works best for you. If you are also concerned about plaque and keeping your gums healthy, I definitely recommend this toothpaste!

All ways reliable, just like in the 50's

The absolute best toothpaste I have ever used. I always struggle with plaque. Not with this toothpaste. It was shocking on day 3 how much yuck came off my teeth when I flossed. Even my husband likes it. I tell everyone I know about this stuff. Customer for life, please don't ever stop making it.

colgate plaque toothpaste: i ordered this in may 2025 and my oct 1st dental visit found that "your gums are incredible, you cant get any healthier gums even after cleaning your gums didnt even show a slight redness where normal patients will have slight bleeding" . Only scrape/cleaning needed was for coffee staining. I use high flouride products and these flouride products cannot get to the enamel when plaque is present. I cannot find this plaque pro paste anywhere locally. Do not under estimate colgate or crest products. I have all my teeth and they are very healthy in my 60's now. I used fancy toothpastes and started moving away from them on/off about 4 years ago but hangin' with colgate for now. And floss every day and floss carefully. fyi: one day a week i do a 20 minute floss routine. Crazy but extremely effective and helpful. I've had strangers comment about my nice teeth so its shocking and interesting.

For CAD17+ for 85ml of toothpaste, it's very expensive. But, I was wiling to give it a try for the Colgate name. It disappointed. I noticed no difference after 10 days of use in accordance with instructions. Colgate, being Colgate, marketing rules. Just want to share my personal experience and alert potential consumers.

This really helps to whiten teeth and very good for cleaning. I I have my sensitive teeth and yet this really working fine for me. t is little expensive but worth it.
