Great for repairing felt roofs and sealing.
This is incredibly useful sealant and coating or repairing felt roofs or for extending the life of the roof. Have used it for sticking down torn roofing felt to sealing porous old felt to covering clout nail heads which were letting water in. Not cheap but well worth it.

Very good shed roof paint. Easy to apply -- with a suitable brush and does a good job of water proofing the shed room

Amazing product
I had tried other products without success but this high performance roof seal is brilliant. My felt roof had some serious cracks. 1 coat of this in the cracks, then mastic to fill them. Then a final coat over the whole roof 20' x 7'. The result looks fantastic and should last a few more years.;

Brilliant waterproof rubberised paint
This stuff is excellent. I paint it on my flat roof, which has a sky light that is prone to leaks. I clean the roof and paint this on - NO LEAKS! It lasts for a few years, but I tend to repaint it every year. It is easy to apply and has a rubberised finish. The product arrived as described, on time and very well packaged. Highly recommended.

a new roof for years to come
This stuff is brilliant! I built a very large shed several years ago and used good quality roof felt but a few cracks were appearing at the roof folds. I The roof is approximately 14 square metres and this tin covered it perfectly. I could not believe how well it filled the cracks and provided a new skin. It also looks fantastic.
