I take it, and I give it to the cats, as well. (Thank you for the non-alcohol versions!) Who doesn't want calm, feeling-secure kitties…? It seems to work really well for them. They are such sensitives. Good with all the subtle stuff. And easily concerned about the world around them. You wish you could just tell them… "Nothing is going to eat you here. I swear. I wouldn't lie to you. If I drop a fork… you are going to be alright. And the vacuum is not out to get you. The worst thing you will come across here is an, I think, larger-than-necessary spider. So, just relaaaax. You're home, baby. You're home." But you can't. So, you drop a little of this on their food… and hope it helps. I think it helps. It's hard being a little fluffball. Big world. They can use all the reassurance they can get.

I bought this for my toddler who tends to bite his nails and be shy in certain situations. I feel like it has helped with his confidence! He's blossomed since giving it to him and has been talking a lot more/getting out of his shell.

I have used a few other Bach remedies and this one was much needed. It definitely helped! I plan on keeping some on hand! If you haven't tried these, please don't brush it aside. It works!
