It's a BIG ONE and a BIG HIT! Over the years, I have given this size and larger Vermont Teddy Bears, Vermont Teddy Bears Dogs, and more ... especially for baby gifts and for gifts for the older toddler or even teen children when a new baby comes in to the house. What can I say > They are VERMONT TEDDY BEARS! Pure quality, life time guarantee in most cases, precious grin on this one, cute and cuddly. I actually gave this to a 59 year old single neighbor - a man whose Mother he adored as much as I did mine passed away last week. I thought about different figurines with angels and cardinals that would be sweet, touching, and somewhat sad at times. I ordered this instead ... and told him to sit it somewhere and glance over when he needed a grin since his Mom had the prettiest, and so does this teddy bear. I told him when he needs a hug, this teddy bear gives great bear hugs! He likes it.

A beautifully made, adorable elephant. It is so soft and the the design is such a sweet looking stuffed animal. It is well made also!

Very nice baby soft quality.

I have never given a review before - at least I don't think so. And I also don't think I've spent this much money on just one item. But when you've got grand kids, you do what you do (and you know what I mean.) I was a bit dubious about spending this amount of money on a stuffed animal, but my grandson wanted "a huge stuffed elephant" for his birthday. And like any good grandparent, you immediately go hunting on Amazon for said elephant. None of them looked decent enough for me,until I got to this one. Unfortunately....the price. But, hey - grand kids, right? So I bought it. It came in a box (in time!) that, when it arrived on my deck, I thought, "No way could that elephant fit in that box!" I opened it up with much trepidation. And when I yanked it out, wow! That guy just popped out and became the most amazing, cuddly, huge, fluffy, wonderful elephant I had ever seen! I think he is about the same size as my grandson, but I believe that's the general idea. I have no doubt this wonderful elephant will be a huge hit on his birthday.

This toy is humongous, it stands closer to 5 and half feet tall. I still gave this five stars since the quality is good. Found no rips or anything bad. If you get this toy you're going to need a lot of space to fit it. He barely fits in my room. The stuffed animal is soft and not too stiff making it easier to handle. I recommend that this toy is used for display and hugs it's difficult to play with if you have kids. Overall, it's worth it, may be pricey but I found it satisfying.

I got this thinking it was a good gift for my brother. The problem was that I found out too late that he had nowhere to put it. great product but ask before getting it.
