i swear by dr. althea products because of their quality and this one gets the job done! it has a bit of a minty/mentholy smell but feels cool when applied to the skin. comes with the cotton swabs and nose patches as a pictured and with enough to last a while but not enough to use the whole bottle with. the usage is self explanatory and it does get all the gunk/sebacious filaments out!! i recommend dousing the nose pad in more of the solution than you’d think because it needs to be very moist to be effective. the bottle has a pump nozzle so it’s easy to waste product if you’re not careful but works great! also recommend proper aftercare to make sure the effects are consistent.

I've used this a few times now and I feel like the extraction tool does most of the work, and even then it doesn't seem to do much for me. I got this because I have really oily skin and thought this could help loosen up sebum buildup and white heads so I could extract them easier without damaging my pores and skin further, but I honestly think I could get the same effect with some steam and the extractor tool. Though, maybe this product helps make sure the skin is clean enough to not break out more after you deal with your pores. Either way, I don't think I'll bother buying again, you could probably get the same effect with a cheaper skincare product and the tools.
