Nice fruity taste
Only been taking a couple weeks now but during winter months it’s something I need as I get cracked lips and this helps with that. The taste is lovely they’re not too big and you get a lot for what you pay. They’ve got a lively fruity smell and are high strength too

Easy to take especially for those with sensory differences.
Not really high strength but easy to get teen to take. We do try and get most vitamins and minerals etc from our food so these are just an add on. I personally didn’t notice any improvement in energy levels or clarity.
