WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.

Right out of the box they fit right in and feel great. I don't feel the need for any break in period. As far as utility goes I have high arches so going long in a run the outside crescents of my feet would be the first to be sore. Now it feels like I have TOTAL contact with the ground at all time. It's made my shoes super stable and I hope to see increases in speed and distance from using this. VERY happy with this. It feels like being much younger as a runner. Hopefully the lack of stress on my outside feet will go up through my legs and make running more comfortable and productive in all areas. But wow, these are AWESOME! EDIT: Had to take a star off because they do not fit the Adidas Evo SL at all! You might have to go a size and a half up for that to work. Major bummer. Superblast 2 it works fantastically. However if you have stability issues in the EVO SL try the EVO SL ATR.

Wow 🤩 what an incredibly awesome & totally amazing insert that actually works for a change!!! 💯 Recommend these to anyone who struggles with their chronic foot pain & especially to those who are experiencing a lot of discomfort at the end of the day & who understand that feeling of pain just taking a walk without they’re shoes on as I was! I’m 6’5” 235lbs a former 2 sport athlete of Lacrosse & ice hockey which was the cause of my feet & knees hurting in my late 40’s now, I was constantly searching for an insert to help deter my pain from just getting around daily & I’ve had multiple surgeries on my feet & heel bone & countless broken or dislocated toes & I can’t even walk without pain sometimes…., BEFORE I FOUND THESE! I decided to try these insoles since standing for a long time or walking long distances caused pain in my lower back, feet and hip. The first test was all day at a Disney park. It was a little uncomfortable at first in the arch area but as time went by I got used to the support. They gave me stability and my feet didn't feel tired during the day only a little noise when walking I think because of the movement between the support and the shoe. I think the insoles did a great job the next day I had no pain in any part of my body. If you have a wide and flat foot, I recommend them 100%

This is the most sturdy and well-made arch support I've ever used. My feet are very pronated and flat, but these are easy to use, comfortable, and do the job! They really do ease the pain of my foot condition and I will buy more of them for all my shoes.

I woke up with a severe pain in my (left) heal... after researching and talking with friends I bought these and a couple of national brand's inserts from the "W" store. These were more money, but still under $25 and are way more robust... and they really seem to work.. It's been about a week and I'm comfortable walking and am looking at attempting an easy jog tomorrow. I'm just under 200#. As they are a full length insert (size matched my foot/shoe size), not the short version a friend got from his foot doc, they are easier to deal with in my shoes. oh, the friend with the short plastic insert spend $00's... Highly recommend

Right out the packaging, you will need to do a bit of trimming as they come slightly larger for different shoe shapes. At first, they are actually somewhat uncomfortable after a longer period of time and reduce the breathable room your feet have in your shoe. However, after a couple weeks or so once these take shape of your foot and are broken in, they become much more flexible and easy to use. I saw improvement in my foot arch pain but not really much in back pain. Regardless they offer a comfier feel. I’ve thrown in the washer once now, not because they smelled but because my shoes needed cleaning, and they maintained their form. Would recommend, but definitely takes a minute to get used to them.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and the difference is noticeable. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they don't flatten out after a long day of walking. I did not have to trim as they were true to size and fit in my sneakers. I would definitely buy another pair for my other sneakers!

Comfortable fitting, good arch support and heel cushioning. I used to be able to find pre-fab orthotics like these years ago and they stopped selling them at local shoe/athletic stores. I switched to custom orthotics which were so expensive and not any more comfortable. So happy to find these! They fit great and the price is so much better (got them on sale). I've now bought 3 pairs for my different shoes!
