

De Nigris White balsamic is produced from selected white wine vinegar and cooked white grape-must of the Modena region. This special product of clear color and full aroma is ideal whenever a "Balsamic" touch is needed but a lighter color is preferred to not stain dishes. White Balsamic has the same subtle, sweet flavor as the more widely available classic dark brown balsamic vinegar. It is light with a delicate aftertaste and a pure clean color. It can be included in salad dressings, marinades and pale-colored sauces. Try a small amount over fish, chicken or roasted vegetables to add a bright extra flavor.
