Works perfectly with a Medela Pump In Style w/ MaxFlow Pump.
Got this as a sort of trial to see if I could power the Medela breast pump with a usb c power adapter... What I didnt expect to work as well as it did was the fact that we can now use a 20000mah anker battery bank with this pump to make it truely portable. The battery bank lasts for several days worth of pumping! Get this accessory if you have a pump that takes a barrel connecter! Not all plug in usb c chargers will work, the one for my work phone didnt, but my pixel 18w charger will work.

Works at 5A
This cable works to get 20V on a DC5521 connector from any USB C power delivery port that supports 20V (not all do). This allows you to use use a USB C PD port to power any 19V or 20V device that uses this type of connector (such as many monitors, low power computers and older laptops). I can confirm that the cable DOES work at the full 5A for about 100W total but the cable gets slightly warmer than I'd like when carrying 5A for an extended time.

Better than I was expecting
This is actually a pretty cool device. I can access to my 100 watt charger that has the handshake to a 22 inch TV and it powers it. I can get away with just throwing a double-ended type c USB into the dongle and into my wall charger or power bank and it works well. I think this is a pretty cool device.
