Milwaukee really nailed it with the M12 FUEL line. I own both the M12 FUEL and the M18, and honestly, I find myself reaching for the M12 way more often — not because it's more powerful, but because it’s so compact, lightweight, and super comfortable to use. It fits into tight spaces where the M18 just can't go, and the power difference is barely noticeable unless you're drilling big holes into brick or driving heavy lag bolts. For 90% of what I do — automotive work, electrical, general home and shop use — this thing is a powerhouse. If you're considering whether to save a few bucks by going with a regular M12 or subcompact model, or thinking of skipping this for the M18 — don’t. The M12 FUEL is absolutely worth the little extra. It’s compact without compromising performance. Pros: ✅ Incredibly compact and lightweight ✅ More than enough power for most jobs ✅ Fits into tight spots easily ✅ Long battery life and part of the awesome M12 platform ✅ Feels premium — excellent build quality Cons: ⚠️ Not ideal for heavy-duty masonry or big lag bolts ⚠️ A bit pricier than regular M12 or subcompact tools — but worth it

The combo came exactly as advertised. Excellent product. I’ve been using the compact driver, and it’s been a game changer. I haven’t had the chance to use the drill yet, but I’m very happy with my purchase. The handle is comfortable, and the battery life is great—I’ve only had to charge it once in two months, using it once or twice a week to work on electrical panels. It’s a powerful tool for its size. Portability is also excellent thanks to its size and battery. The weight is well-balanced, making it comfortable to use.

Exactly what I needed, compact and dependable way more than enough power for maintenance and repair work… If you need something to drive 12” deck screws all day find a different job I’d fire you for even looking at this for that application…

The M12 Fuel tool is perfect for my application. If you are working on heavy duty things you might want to consider the M18. We work on Go-Karts with these and they have plenty of power. I have the Dewalt 20 volt and this has just as much power or more than the Dewalt. The pros: its light weight for repeated use and has different power settings on the tool. The Cons: 1st To many battery options. It comes with a 2 ah and a 3 ah. Then you can buy a 4, 5 6 ah battery. The 2 ah battery dies pretty fast. Its kinda pointless to have ot with a drill or impact. They basically force you to upgrade the battery as soon as you buy the tool. 2nd The price. In my opinion all the Milwaukee tools are way over priced by alot. You can buy a comparable tool for half the cost.

As a big fan of Milwaukee Fuel series, I am happy that they did it just right. Upgraded my old combo with the newer release. Happy.

Antes de comprar este combo tenia uno Dewalt, no le pedia nada, sin embargo estos son mas compactos y yo creo que un poco mas potentes, me gustaron mucho por lo mismo de ser mas compactos, eso si la bateria de 2 amperes dura poco en comparación a la de 4 amperes, la ventaja es que cargan muy rapido, los recomiendo al 100%

Hay que aclarar que son la 3era generación, fíjense en el mandril del taladro que tenga la línea roja y así no batallarán por de igual manera en Amazon está la 2da generación a la venta a precio similar ¡TRUCHAS!, me llegó una versión que está hecha en México y bueno, que les digo, Milwaukee tiene muy bien dotada a la línea fuel m12 y está combo es la prueba, mucha potencia para tan poco tamaño, ligeros, resistentes y se sienten muy cómodos para trabajar en las alturas y en espacios reducidos ni te cuento, como hobbista o trabajos “rapidos” donde maniobrar en espacios reducidos o por corto tiempo sea tu día a día son perfectos. Como Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones les puedo decir que pasaron la prueba! 👍
