Still my go-to foundational text. Combines theory with real-world tools like motivational interviewing. I refer to it constantly for structuring client programs. If you're serious about impactful wellness coaching, you need this.

Coaching Bible!!
This is one of my favorite coaching books. I have read this book several times in my coaching career and has helped me tremendously. This book is used in several coaching programs and I see why. Dr. Arloski does a fantastic job explaining the ins and outs of coaching.
