Are these vegetarian?

Yes I believe they are. I did not see any product in them that made them non vegetarian. My answer is not exact in case I made an error. The new world seems to expect us to be perfect which sadly I am not. Good Luck!

I just counted the cranberry package and it has 36.

Has anyone used this and the spray to compare the 2?

No but I used the drops .. I like these better seems like they would work better even more than the spray or lotion or drops .. just ? Dunno like the lozenge effect :)

Sometimes I get stressed out, sometimes I know why, other times I don’t. The “gel” candy stays in my mouth and slowly dissolves. When I have the last swallow, I feel my stress level has gone. The only bad thing about this product is that is very expensive.
