This a very complete set of resistors. It is advertised as 1% tolerance. But the set follows the full 24-values per decade pattern for 5% values. This is a great choice for general hobby use. I can’t really comment on the tolerance/accuracy but the few values I measured were what was expected.

It's a good deal and so far all have been in specification

My box of resistors did not have the ledger paper shown in the lid that lists the values, which you really need, but I was able to download the picture from Amazon and photoshop it, which I have included here for other customers. The bundles of resistor strips are tightly bound together with what looks like strips of saran wrap, which you have to cut to see the hand-scribbled values written on the paper strip for each chunk of resistors. Some resistor strips do not have values written on them, but they are in proper order and the attached picture should help. I found it best to re-bag each resistor bundle in zip-lock snack bags with the range of values written on the outside of the bag in sharpie. However, these will not fit back into the tiny plastic box, so now an extra box to use for something else, and the resistor baggies went into a gallon zip-lock bag. Resistors seem to be exactly as promised- quantities and value set are correct, resistors I have tested so far measure correctly. Overall, a GREAT kit for the price, if you don't mind the extra work of repackaging them.

No problems with this kit that I can see. I only measured a few values so far, but they were all well within the rated tolerance (1%). If a few end up being a bit outside that range, no big deal, especially for the price. Now the challenge is to repackage these so I can actually find the value I need. Starting on a cardboard-box container with dividers. Very good deal for the price.

Getting metal film 1/4-watt resistors with a 1% tolerance for 156 different values is outstanding for the price. Anyone who works with electronics breadboarding or isn't seeking surface-mounted components would find this a terrific deal.
