Yes you can use an electric whisk in this bowl, I do all the time, it is a lovely sturdy well made bowl.

Yes they are dishwasher safe. But they can be fragile if struck, mine cracked when someone pushed it against the back of a cupboard, so you have to treat them gently.

Can I use the green little mixing bowl in the oven?

No, don't put it in the oven! There's nothing on the Mason Cash website or other UK sites selling the bowls that tell you not to do that, but if you look on the US internet page https://www.wayfair.com/kitchen-tabletop/pdp/mason-cash-in-the-forest-eathenware-mixing-bowl-mcx1137.html this specifically tells you not to put them in the oven. The page https://www.wayfair.com/kitchen-tabletop/sb1/mason-cash-mixing-bowls-c419581-a9964~9821.html gives full care instructions. You can pour hot water into them, but I always give it a count of 10 seconds to let it go off the boil before I do, and I've also found to my cost that they don't like a sharp knock, so hit it against the wall while you're mixing or bash mixer beaters into it at high speed, and you are likely to be using it for crocking in your plant pots. I'd especially warn against putting it in a hot oven, as it might shatter and do a lot of damage. It will be fine in the microwave, though.
