Support is very sturdy. I felt immediate relief in my back, only small issue is the straps, they don't fit like they should, they'll a little too short for full comfortability (may have something to do with my size also. Lol) but other than that it's a great product

This has been good for me when I've needed it over the last few years would by again but it is of such good quality I probably want have to for a long time. Also very comfortable and supportive and it does restrict movements you shouldn't be making if yback hurts anyway. Very happy with it
