Absolutely not a cooling pillow. Purchased the non cooling pillows before from the company. Would definitely not getted scammed by paying $50 more for a pillow that is the exact same " cooling materials" highly disappointing.

My chiropractor recommended me this pillow for my back pain and it really helps. I’ve been using it for a year now and I can definitely see improvements with my back and neck pain. Sleeping so much better because of it. Quick heads up though — even though it says “Cooling Gel Memory Foam,” I honestly don’t feel any cooling effect at all. It just feels like regular memory foam to me, nothing special temperature-wise. So if that’s the main reason you’re buying it, don’t expect much there. But the water-adjustable part and the support it gives your neck/back are great, so I still recommend it overall!

I love my new pillow! After trying so many different pillows, I finally found one that works for my neck and shoulders. I love that I can adjust the firmness and height to my preference. It’s comfortable, supportive, and there was no unpleasant smell at all.

I recommend this pillow to everyone who is not comfortable with the one they have. I think I’ve had it for over a year now. I actually have two. I have slept better then with this pillow then with any other kind I have ever used!

Would be a great product if it smelled better. The smell is awful. Gives me stuffy nose. It can’t be washed as it will disintegrate. It does feel comfortable and soothing. I tried washing the covers, covering with towels. Nothing works. Very permeating smell. I can’t use it.

I have used the original version of the mediflow pillow for 15+ years, and I have loved it. I needed to replace my old one, and I came across this foam version, so I decided to try it....this one is even better! With my old one, my ear would sometimes hurt from laying on it. That problem is solved with this pillow! It also keeps my feet cooler.
