Is this hay imported from America?

Yes it's imported and it's expensive. But my guinea pig loves it. I don't know which brands you have in UK, but in Portugal the most available one is from Cunipic. I've tried both and Oxbow is my favourite.

how many bags would you need for one rabbit for a month?

I've got 2 rabbits and they get through a 4 kilo bag in 2 weeks so you could probably manage a whole month on one bag for one rabbit, just be aware towards the bottom it gets a bit more dusty & short strands.

Has anyone kept buying this in 4kg and got constant good quality? Asking before i keep investing in it i know one bad batch can have a bad effect

Hi, yes I did, it's fresh and long strands. :) but if you need Timothy hay in bulk you might want to try Timothyhay.co.uk I have 6 guinea pigs going 7 and it was £22 for 9kg or £40 for 18kg I if I didn't remember wrongly but it's very fresh and delivery is included. X (I have to say I only ordered 4kg once from Amazon prime)
