I’ve been dealing with rosacea since 2018. My dermatologist at the time put me on a six month treatment consisting of medication and creams. It helped for about a year, but then the flare-ups came back. I tried several different creams afterward, and my skin eventually became sensitive and reactive to almost everything. Until I found this cream, and I thought, why not give it a try? I was having a bad flare-up around my nose and cheeks, which even spread to the area under my eyes. As soon as I started using the cream, I felt my skin was moisturized and calm: no irritation or burning. I used it consistently for two weeks, day and night, until my rosacea started fading and completely disappeared. I’ve been using this cream daily for five months now, and my rosacea hasn’t come back. I even apply it around my eye area with no irritation at all; just smooth, hydrated skin. It’s not greasy, the texture is light yet very moisturizing, and it has no strong scent. I’ve also noticed a reduction in my fine lines, and my skin looks clearer and more radiant. Impressive quality for the price!

I bought this product because I have been diagnosed with rosacea. I’ve been using topical medicine but I really wanted a moisturizer that could soothe and help with the redness. I have been using it for several days and here is are my thoughts: I think this product may work for some people who have redness related conditions but I think it’s a bold statement to claim rosacea redness relief in it’s title. Maybe for some it does but it did not for me. It did not aggravate my conditions like for some, but it has done nothing to soothe the itchiness or redness for me personally. It takes a bit to rub in but I had no problem having it be absorbed into my skin. I will say it is a great moisturizer and I have noticed my skin is smoother and more supple since using it. So my overall review is put faith in it as a moisturizer but don’t expect it to cure redness, and then you will be pleasantly surprised if it does. So 3/5 stars. On a separate note this is the second time I ordered this product, the first time the packaging arrived but the product was absent because it wasn’t sealed properly. Amazon refunded me and I tried again. The second shipment it looked like it had trouble getting sealed again but arrived. ****Updated: I have been using this product since November and even have ordered a second time. After about a month of use I did notice a difference in redness at times and itching relief, again it is a great moisturizer but it may take several weeks to make a noticable difference to your Rosacea. I upgraded from 3 stars to 5 as it has become a staple in my moisturizing routine.

If you look up "skeptic" in the dictionary, my name is probably included in the definition. I'm just so jaded by all of the products out there that claim to do something magical. I have redness on my cheeks and sometimes my forehead - it all comes and goes as it pleases and I could never figure out why it would pop up when it did. After a lot of research I bought this product along with their "Tea Tree Oil Face Cleanser" and have been using them together for about 2 1/2 months. My redness has gone down considerably and my blemish breakouts are down by at least half. My skin is left clean, soft, and moisturized (without any greasy feeling!). I tend to use this cream at night as it is a bit sticky so I can't put any makeup right after using it. The one downside is the scent. It's medicinal and a bit off-putting. Worth it for the results, but that's something that they could improve upon.

The jar in my photo that I just finished worked great! (Expiration date 3/2023) It is great for rosacea and never caused me to break out. Works better than Clinique Redness Creme, which is $50/jar! This product is $17/jar. Winning! Does not dry my skin nor does it make it greasy. No scent. It’s perfect. I have it on subscription because I love it so much. PROBLEM is that I went to my next jar, shown top left corner in photo with brown spots, and it obviously has gone bad. Had another jar because the timing of the subscriptions isn’t quite right yet. When I opened this other jar shown on top right of photo, I could tell it wasn’t as white as the original jar and appeared to be showing signs of yellow-brown color. Both the 2nd & 3rd jars have exp dates of 5/2023. I’m sad because now I have to go find something new.

I tried this product a few years ago and liked it well enough then - certainly moisturizing, non-greasy, organic ingredients, no strong smell, great for my sensitive, acne & rosacea-prone skin, etc. It was a little thick for my taste and I preferred using it as a hand cream, which was exceptional for that purpose. To use on my face, I'd dilute with a little water and/or add a few drops of argan oil depending on the season to thin it out a bit, but it wasn't my preferred product (not that anything has ever really been that great as most of you know who deal with sensitive, temperamental skin). HOWEVER - I just bought another jar of this product last week to replace the others as a hand cream and am so impressed with the improved formulation I had to write this review tonight!! Oh my goodness, this feels even better on my skin - creamier (just slightly thinner so it's now a gorgeous consistency), absolutely NO scent at all, gentle, moisturizing with no residue. Since I haven't tried it on my face in a while, I don't know if this can "cure" anything -but I put it on and it felt amazing (esp. since I'm dealing with a flare up right now). Thank you Era Organics!! You've managed to improve on a great product already and I'm ordering more. Wish you'd super-size it and I'd lather over my whole body daily!!

I was very happy to receive my product as scheduled. I couldn’t wait to try it. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction. I had tested it on a small area of my arm to see if I would be allergic. I waited a full day to see if that test spot would show any problems. None at that particular area. I then proceeded to put a small amount just on the areas of my face that rosacea was present. About 5 minutes later my face had a reaction and immediately my face got worse and I began to feel really funny. I had my daughter to call 911 due to my tongue swelling. I got very scared. I calmed my self down because I was starting to have a panic attack and I needed to stay alert and in control of my thinking. I took Benadryl to counter act the reaction I was experiencing. The Paramedics showed up to my home. The Benadryl did it’s job and began going through my body. The paramedics took my bp. My pressure sky rocketed to 188/104. The product isn’t for me. Thank God I took the Benadryl immediately when I started to feel the reaction. My bp started to come down while paramedics were present. Thank God! I decided to try it due to the reviews. I read both good reviews and reviews that were not. I decided to try it. It’s not for me. Don’t put this on and go to sleep because you just might not know if you are having a reaction or not during the middle of the night. Please keep Liquid or pill Benadryl in your home and vehicle at all times in case of an allergic reaction. Always try to remain calm as best you can. This was MY experience not everyone will have a reaction. Be careful with all products and yes always speak to your doctor or pharmacist about ingredients before using.

I make purchases on Amazon at least three time a week. This is the first time I feel I must write a review. This cream is amazing! I use it with the Era Organics Tea Tree Oil Face Cleanser. They calmed my rosacea skin after the first use. I developed rosacea in 2014. In addition to Metronidazole 0.75% cream, I have tried more than 20 different moisturizers/creams/lotions (conservatively estimate) over the years. Philosophy, Origins, Fresh, dr.jart+, TATCHA, Eucerin, Cetaphil, Avene, Kiehl's, La Mer... I have tried most of the products in the market designed for sensitive skin. Some of them caused big break out, most of them did nothing. On my good days, I have chapped skin on my cheeks & eyebrow area and extremely oily T-zone. You could see my pink cheeks even after I applied concealer and foundation. On not so good days, I have itchy and warm face all day long. Nothing could cover up the redness and bumps. I felt embarrassed going to office like that. I came across Era Organics when I was looking for baby rash cream. I figured why not, the worst could happen are having another day with irritated skin and wasting thirty some dollars. I was shocked after the first use! After using the tea tree oil cleanser, I only saw mild pinkness (not redness) on my cheeks and nose. I didn't feel warm, itchy or achy like I usually do with other "gentle" cleansers. When I was applying the Rosacea Redness Relief Treatment Cream, I noticed the texture was a little bit wax-like. I was worried right away if this will cause white flaky residue, but It didn't. (I do think it helps if you apply the cream gently and don't rub your face back and force too much.) After 4 days, my chapped cheeks are recovering, my oily T-tone is slightly better. I definitely see the large pores on my nose are smaller today. Whatever ingredients in the cleanser and cream can really calm down inflammation. I highly recommend them!

I worked for a high-end organic skin care company for many years and I loved all of their products. Especially the lovely scents. Unfortunately I have a sensitivity to fragrances in cosmetics & skin care. I am also using a tretinoin cream, which has left my skin pretty sensitive during the initial process. I have to be careful what I put on top of the trentinoin so I don’t cause further irritation. This product was a big hit! Not only doesn’t have a smell, but it doesn’t have that chemical smell that a lot of unscented cremes have. It just smells like nothing. It looks like marshmallow cream and goes on like whipped butter, but very light. It does a great job and has kept the trentinoin from scalding my skin.

The makers of this product should be ashamed. The use-by date was not until 2023, but an orange growth was all through the cream and it smelled awful. NOT usable.

I've used the Era Organics creams for months. The one I usually get is always unavailable now so I tried the Soothe one. It seems to work as well but it is way more pricy so I have to use it sparingly. I have really bad eczema, it used to be worse but changing my diet meant that I only get it behind my ears and between my ahem breasts. They crack and the skin is weepy (as does the skin behind the ears). However, this cream stops that. I was putting hydrocortisone on these areas which worked for a little while and then it would always happen again. This cream does the same thing without the worry it is damaging my skin in the long term. The lumpy redness goes down and the cracks no longer appear -unless I forget to use it and then I'm miserable again. So the cycle continues. I am so grateful this cream exists. I give this 5 stars but I wish it was cheaper as I feel it is an essential for me now.

Don’t buy it from here, mine had mold(fungi) in it, I tried this product before and it was great, but I think this seller don’t store it in a proper way that’s why it started to get moldy

This cream is amazing, honestly the best one I’ve ever used. I’ve tried various skin products over the years and nothing beats this one. The skin coverage and feel of the cream is quality. I have sensitive skin and I had no problems at all with this one. My redness has improved and my skin is softer. Highly recommend.

The texture and the amount that does spreads easily and had no smell so that was all good But it did not do anything for my skin
