Do these labels work on the Dymo 450?

Dymo 450 is the newer version of the Dymo 400 (which I have). Both Labelwriter models take the same thermal labels. So to answer your question, yes they do work on the 450 model.

Will they stick to clothing...and stay?

We use these labels for a check in system in our church and they stay quite nicely. Every so often they will come off of certain fabric like denim but more often than not we have to pull them off. Sometimes I forget to pull them off of my daughter's clothes and it does leave a residue on their shirt that I CANNOT wash out. So I would be careful with that. but yes it should stick to clothes.

Will these work for LabelWriter 550 Turbo?

I don't have the 550, but according to the product specs for the labels, they do work.
