Good and fun to use for general use
Was nervous of ordering a laptop from Amazon but opened in front of delivery driver and PHEW it was what I ordered. Have been very happy with this. No cd writer but I have a plug in one I used to burn cd for the car

Bitterly disappointed
So far I've had a terrible experience. Bought the laptop at end of July and hardly used it at all due to work commitments. Early September it stopped charging. After hours on phone with Samsung it was finally accepted for repair. Came back and seemed fine but a month later it has died again. Shows as fully charged but screen remains blank. Now returning to Amazon for repair as it was impossible to get any service report on initial problem from Samsung. Endless frustration as well as hours if work wasted. Will update after Amazon repair.

Samsung Galaxy Book
The laptop is just what I was looking for. I can also use it as a tablet, however the keyboard doesn't detach so that makes it heavier than it would otherwise be. Good value though
