These for 4x4 posts easily. Look great and held up to winter and exposure to road salt spray thus far. I recommend using the mounting screws and sleeves provided for concrete mounting. Our contractor used tapcons which are rusting and I’ll have to redo in the Spring. Follow the instructions!! Ugh. But the product is excellent.

I purchased these as deck railing bases for a deck renovation project. First let me say that I'm extremely impressed with the heaviness and stoutness of the anchors for use in my application. I'd installed the old anchors with through bolts and every single one of them (even though preserved with the "old" CCA preservative,) had rotted around the bolts. They've been a huge hassle to remove after 20+ years, and I ended up just cutting many of them off. I'm trying to "future proof" (not getting any younger!) the deck and these should make it much easier to replace posts should it become necessary. On first try my posts would not fit into the sockets which is when I discovered that every post (I cut my own from 4x4s) was oversized and varied as much 2-3mm between them (anywhere from 91-93mm.) When I measured the actual bracket, it came in at 90mm. I ran each through my table saw (set at exactly 3.5") which produced a fit with just a smidge of wiggle room. Personally, I don't think I would use these on concrete, but for my application they should be fine. We'll see how well they hold up in the real world.

Out of pure procrastination, I don't usually leave reviews, but with this product, I just had to do it! I'd give more stars if I could. Usually when I have a project like this I spend too much time at Lowe's or Home Depot looking for the attaching bracket and then all of the hardware to go with it, while also hoping I bought the right sizes, and don't have to run back out. This came with pretty much everything I needed for probably cheaper than I could have bought it for at the big box hardware store. Brackets are well built, sturdy, and all the hardware is included... Whether or not you're attaching to wood or concrete. Once I had these on hand it was a quick install. Great job to the seller. I would definitely buy these again! My only complaint is I could only buy them by fours. I only need three but it was still cheaper to do it this way then do it locally. Plus, again, it had everything I need.

These were a perfect fit for my 4 x 4’s and made the deck building much easier. These are quality materials. I am confident that will outlast the deck itself.

So let me start by saying I bought these because they encouraged a sleeve anchor. The sleeve is probably a 5/16 (which I didn't have). The nut is a 10mm.... With that being said.... The 5/16 or 8mm... Now the question is... Is the 5/16 going to actually work? Like too big, too small or just right? I just ended up using tapcons like everybody else. But this isn't why it's getting 3 stars.. so the metal is definitely thinner than that if a hardware store and the gap is substantial. For a small post it'll work though. It's durable enough, quality is quality of what you'd expect for half the cost of a hardware store. One thing I'm going mention that was unexpected.... I'm attaching a picture of the gap in my 4x4 vs the gap of a Simpson strong tie... Wood was purchased at Lowe's. The Simpson would have had to be hammered to get in. This makes it easy to keep it level, luckily I have my post level and shims. Nothing structural here but makes the job easier

These mounts are good quality and sturdy enough to easily support 6 x 6 posts. All the fastening hardware was included for both wood deck mounting and concrete pad mounting.

Beau support et bien fait, y a même les vis avec mais dans mes 2 kits que jai commandé y me manquait des vis et j aurais aimé qui soit tout noir vu les support noir . Mais je suis satisfait et recommande

The actual post brackets are great, sturdy, well constructed. The concrete anchors though are awful, too spindly and inadequate for the majority of jobs. I bought some 5/16 3” anchors and slightly enlarged the bracket holes and then it was great.

Support très faciles à installer et à mettre au niveau. Très solides et les poteaux 4 X 4 s’installent facilement. Très belle finition.
