Works as advertised
Works great! Between my labor intensive business, and workout training, I’m hoping this will help my arms heal faster as I developed a minor case of tendinitis on my left arm. My hands do numb up pretty bad after about 20-30 min of using this, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

Must have for serious athletes who don’t have days off between workouts! We use our Normatec Daily. I have a volleyball player, football player and baseball. All use it!

I love Normatec accept the arm sleeves.
I bought the hips and legs as a package then decided to buy the arm sleeves. Most unfortunate the piping stich work is coming apart. Waiting for a response on how this gets resolved.

Good till the latest update
I have been a long-time user of this system and recently decided to upgrade by adding the arms. However, a recent update completely broke the app integration. I'm now just getting a black screen on iOS. Having to rely solely on the hardware controls renders the entire system pretty much useless for my workflow. UPDATE: After I posted my initial issue, customer support reached out to me. They acted like they were going to make things right with a solution, but then they completely ghosted me. Zero resolution. So, not only is the company pushing out bad product updates, but their customer service is also completely awful. Buyer beware. There are a lot of other companies in this space worth checking out.
