If the hair I lose in one shower were gathered together, I could probably knit a convincing toupee for a small dog. This thing catches an impressive amount of biological evidence. Is some hair slipping through? Maybe. I’m not a plumber or a detective. But judging by the "hairy pancake" I peel off this thing after a wash, my pipes are living their best life and I can only see this is as a positive. The "Wash Day" Routine: It’s not exactly a permanent fixture of my bathroom aesthetic. I treat it like a specialist tool—I pop it in for "Hair Wash Day" and once the crime scene is cleaned up, I swap it back for my nice, shiny plug. It’s like a temporary stunt double for my drain. Been tested more than 10 times, easily cleaned, it's soft so won't hurt toes if accidently kick in shower. Regarding the price, maybe on the higher end for material, but i guess it's worth the cost for saving on a expensive plumber to clear the pipes.

works very well particularly for longer hair

Have been using this in the shower for over a year now, it has survived all of the hot water and still remains intact, in good condition. Catches alot of hair that would otherwise go down the drain. Really good idea and very useful. Only problem is that this is not designed for UK standard bath tubs. When placed in position it sticks out quite abit so you have to make sure not to accidentally move it with your feet while taking a shower. Would be great if we could get some that would fit UK bath tubs.

I’ve struggled for years with both my daughter and myself have thick long hair. Absolutely amazing truly can’t recommend it enough. Water flows really well and it collects all the hair. Super easy to clean after each hair wash.

Works very well, when it works! I don’t know if I have a small plug hole but the Tubshroom constantly falls over. It only stands up when it’s full of hair - which is great but a lot goes down the plug hole while it’s falling over.

They do not fit UK showers, sinks or baths. Caused a flood in our shower and destroyed the kitchen ceiling below. Absolutely disastrous.

This product came recommended by a plumber who visited ours to unblock and clear the problem and the problem seemed to be an excess of hair!! Having a teenage daughter with long thick hair... well since putting this easily into the plughole, the TubShroom easily traps any excess hair into the surround (which is very easy to remove the hair) while the water drains away. Simple. I'm hoping not to see the plumber again, as pleasant as he was... overall very happy with this product!

It catches even the tiniest hair or fibres. Highly recommend

Este filtro es perfecto para el desagüe de mi ducha. A menudo se atascaba con el cabello pero desde que lo compré no he vuelto a tener problemas. Es flexible y se pone, se retira y se limpia fácilmente. Excelente producto y muy resistente.

This works sooo well. Easy to use, catches all the hair before the drain and keeps it unclogged, and easy to clean.

J'en ai acheté un que je n'ai changé qu'au bout de 3 ans, ce petit accessoire retient vraiment tous les cheveux, poils et débris à la perfection ! Il est facile d'en retirer les cheveux, en revanche, dans la durée, les petits trous sont un nid de choix pour les bactéries, on remarque un dépôt de biofilm (ce film noirâtre et un peu gluant qu'on a aussi dans les canalisations) qui est un peu fastidieux à nettoyer (brosse et javel sont la meilleure solution que j'aie trouvée pour l'instant). Dans l'ensemble, c'est quand même un super produit.

This is an incredible product. Invested in a sink shroom shortly after. It catches all the hair, long short and I have used it while washing my dog. Cannot get over how much this catches and how easy it is to clean.
