This peak flower measure allows you to measure your exhale power at home. May not be accurate but at least it will give you a consistent record of your lung function.

Does the job, doesn't cost the earth... but you could probably get one on prescription for cheaper
I bought this as the Covid crisis hit - my previous prescription one had given up the ghost after being dropped on the floor a few times too many. This product is fine - it measures accurately (based on readings from my previous one) and it's just as sturdy. If you really need one of these due to a health condition, and you're able to get an appointment with your doctor, you can get it on prescription, I'm sure, at half the price.
