LED License Plate Lights Bright White Tag Lamp Assembly Replacement Compatible with Toyota 2012-2017 Camry, 2014-2018 Highlander, 2013-2018 Avalon, 2012-up Yaris, Pack of 2

The stock license plate bulbs in my 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid burned out, so I was originally going to replace them with halogen bulbs. But the halogen bulbs have always been a bit dim and a little outdated (since most new cars nowadays have LED bulbs for many of the lighting fixtures). I wasn't sure how easy these would be to install, but I have to say I was quite surprised -- from start to finish, the installation took me about 15 minutes. You'll have to remove a few of the push-in retention screws for the trunk fabric lining to access the wiring harness for the license plate lights (just under the fabric lining), but that only took a few minutes to accomplish. The new bulb assembly clicked right into place on the door frame, and the wiring harness was easy to connect. The lighting is nice and bright now and has a more modern look. Awesome!

It works! Installation was NOT easy, but was at least DIY for a guy like me. I had to shove them into the cutouts where the fixtures would clip in, and it took a fair amount of work. It is compatible with a 2012 Camry SE. Hopefully it doesn’t burn out quickly.

The item does not work. It is a license plate lamp assembly there's two of them in the box and neither of them work I plug them both in they don't work so now I'm going to return them

These are good so far. They are plug and play therefor making them easy to install. They are very bright and have a 5000k color to them. These lights usually last me about a year before going bad but maybe these will last longer. It’s a good value for the money.

Work great, look great, they were a little difficult to install due to a non remove-able light dome but nothing major

These are a great replacement for stock lights. The base is the same as stock. They were a little difficult to install but that is due to the design of the car not the lights

I first purchased these lights on April 12, 2016. Recently, I noticed one of the lights had gone out, so I ordered two more. Unfortunately, I placed the order before realizing the failed light was full of water. I also noticed that a row of LEDs in the second light was no longer working. I live in Florida, and while I do occasionally go through a car wash, this happened during the dry season. Bottom line: these lights do not appear to be waterproof or even water-resistant, having to replace these after 2.5 months is not acceptable. Next time, I will choose a different brand. If they had been waterproof as stated I would have given these a five star rating. great lights and fit. That said, these lights were a perfect fit for my 2016 Toyota XLS Highlander. They produced a bright, clean white light, did not interfere with my backup camera, and provided excellent visibility at night. Installation was quick and easy. You can replace them using the manufacturer’s recommended method, or you can gently pry them out from the outside with a screwdriver. The light and cable will come out together. When disconnecting the cable, press the tab and be careful not to let the cable snap back into the liftgate, or you may need to remove the inner panel to retrieve it. Reassembly is plug-and-play: connect the cable, then push the lights back into their housing. It took me about five minutes to replace both lights.

Perfect fit they snapped right on, work great and very bright. No flickering
