The watch really is excellent. I had strong reservations after reading negative reviews about battery life but I find the battery is actually very good. I have loaded mine with the Xdrip+ watch face. I previously had this face on my Ticwatch Pro. The face clarity on the Samsung is far clearer on my Samsung. The process for quick dismissal of low glucose alerts is far quicker and easier than the Ticwatch. Paired with my Galaxy S21 Ultra my watch has very quickly become inseparable from me.

Thought this watch looked great and it does, the only problem.for me is the battery life, if u charge it at night it won't track your sleep?? Over all if would I buy this watch again.....🤔..NO

Bought this for my husband as his old samsung smart watch broke and he bought 2 different "cheaper" types which turned out didnt give anything like accurate readings...so i decided to buy this samsung and he loves it

A very good smart watch that if it had a better battery life would be a great smart watch. I can get just over 24 hours out of it but that’s if you don’t have too many tiles on it. There’s a great range of different faces to choose from some you pay for sone are free. I find a good enough selection of free faces to not have needed to pay for any. The classic Samsung face is very good so you may not want to change. I have found the sleep tracker to be quite accurate and a good feature to have. I just wish the battery was better 🤷‍♂️.

Firstly the price £129 doesn't match the price of the watch anywhere else including places like argos and currys and its sold as new not refurbished the watch is a few years old so I thought yeh maybe the discount is because of how old the model is and low stock for new. Seems to me the galaxy watch 4 is three years old I should of just bought the galaxy watch FE current generation for a few quid more or even the google watch for the same price from a shop with a receipt so its easy to return if broken as there the same generation of smartwatch. It seems to me the seller was X-cell which is a third party seller was trying to get rid of a watch they had in stock that they couldn't sell so maybe its been in storage for a few years uncharged because when I recieved the watch it wouldn't turn on or charge even though it was new unopened. I sent it back to amazon for a refund definitely won't be buying tech from amazon online again they can't be trusted think buying from a shop is best with a reciept even if it comes from them I bet if something is left in storage for ages and is an old model the battery will become dead meaning you end up with a device that doesn't work if I don't get a refund I won't be going to amazon again as thats unfair even if its lost in transit on return for refund or if it comes damaged because of postal people throwing the cardboard box about that shouldn't be my fault and I am entitled too a full refund I also have videos of me opening the box and trying to charge it and turn it on as well as videos of me putting it in the box to send for return. Overall ruined my day was very excited to recieve a new smartwatch for my new android phone just wished I had bought the galaxy watch FE or the google pixel watch which is also on deal for the same price. Stay away from thirdparty sellers unless the technology is current generation or last generation as it could of been left in storage for ages batterys uncharged if new from factory will die out over time if not used or charged and with some phones its not replaceable same goes with smartwatches I don't think you can replace or get a new battery. Also if something is much cheaper then every other store or website selling it then it must be a scam or too good to be true even though the watch is old gen there still selling it at full price on a lot of sites and stores.

I ordered this watch after a recommendation from my friend, I wished I had done a little more research before buying. The battery life is shocking only last 24 hours, I also found that unless you have a Samsung phone some features are unavailable such as Blood Pressure, ECG, and the use of the LTE function are locked on EE to Samsung phones. The Watch is very nice itself just a shame on the issues mentioned.

Nice watch...but it should update the O.S for supporting apps like WhatsApp, gmail.....

A great watch, unfortunately after 4 month of use the watch heated up and stopped working or charging, had to send it back for repairs where it was repaired but had repair marks on the screws where they were attempting to used a tool that didn't fit the screws, and was blamed for trying to repair it somewhere else, also there was glue residue on the back where it obviously was repaired in house and not at an authorised samsung repair shop. DO NOT BUY from this person.
