Best headlamp I’ve owned, with a wealth of options and great battery life!

I've had this torch over a year now it's pretty good overall and great options for different types of light settings. It's great to be able to track how much power is left on the battery and really handy having a light on the back to alert people on the roads and things like that. The one drawback of this torch is the angle positioning of the lamp when setting it to an acute angle it can lose its position.

When you pay £80 for headtorch you expect it to last, after 1.5 yr the plastic clip snapped off and the back, the elastic over stretched made it harder to use, and now it's had a intermittent fault and stopped working altogether. Not good enough for the money will not buy biolite stuff again.. out of warranty.so no chance of support.

It's probably the best headlamp that I've ever had. And I have the biolate 750 and still do, and I've had it for over 3 years. And the battery still lasts a long time and still works great. I like that. It remembers your settings and you don't have to go through all of the different light modes, and it fits perfect on your head or with a hat. And the light, the way it shines on the ground.Hits great also.

The power of this headlight is incredible, but you won't need it for small city runs. Get a lower model it will be lighter and it will be cheaper.

This running headlamp has been an absolute game-changer for me. Whether I’m hitting the road before sunrise or squeezing in miles after dark, it lights the way perfectly. Bright, lightweight, and super comfortable—it checks all the boxes. The beam is powerful and wide enough to clearly see the path ahead, but not so intense that it blinds people or drivers. I love the multiple brightness settings and the red light mode for low visibility situations. Battery life is impressive too—I’ve gone several runs without needing a recharge. What really stands out is the fit. It doesn’t bounce or slide around, even during long runs or sprints. The adjustable strap is soft but snug, and it feels almost weightless once you get moving. I’ve worn it in rain and cold without any issues—it holds up. If you’re a serious runner—or just someone who wants to stay safe and visible when it’s dark—this headlamp is a must. Honestly, I don’t know how I ran without it.

This is my second head light I purchase from biolite, my first one still works after 6 years but the headband is stretched out. I needed a new one as I live on a homestead with animals and this is my go to light. I use this a few hours a day and the new 800 pro has been running now for 3 weeks without charge on the red light settings which is perfect for me. Thank you to Biolite and Amazon for this fantastic product.

I have some ultra running races coming up and I wanted something that had an external charged. It’s so comfortable feels like your not wearing anything… especially compared to other light out there! I am very happy with my perches. Biolite was thinking of the tuner in mind what they made this lite…. Thank you Biolite
