Impressive product and customer support.
This is a great product that is very effective. I have struggled with a build of ear wax for as long as I can remember, frequently needing to visit my GP. When the NHS have stopped offering ear syringing a service, I felt that I needed to take matters into my own hands. Fortunately I discovered this product, which achieves exactly the same results as the GP. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use, as well. What's even more impressive is the level of customer service. The battery on my device stopped working properly nearly one year later, and the seller sent a replacement without hesitation and have been helpful and responsive to communicate with. I'm thankful that I found this.

Used it, love it, it's really good 👍
So some important facts worth knowing about this in the UK. 1) the NHS now charge to syringe your ears and just one visit costs more than this device. 2) Even the NHS want you to use ear drops or olive oil to soften the ear wax before syringing or they can and will refuse to do it, this happend to me and I had to go away, use olive oil and remake my appointment. 3) If like me both ears are blocked and you need both syringing. When you use olive oil or drops it can worsen your already badly affected hearing, making you quite deaf. So because the NHS charges per visit, you have to do both ears or it will obviously cost double. The bueaty of this device is its cheaper anyway, but you can do one ear at a time, retain some hearing and it costs nothing more. 👍. In short this device is as absolutely amazing! It's good as the one the GP surgery uses, honestly it's brilliant. I've had mine syringed twice before at the GP surgery and this is definitely as good as the one they use. I was so deaf, and my ear canals were hurting all the time. I used it as the instructions said. Use warm water just be careful it's not too hot. To be completely safe I used cooled kettle water as the boiling will kill any germs off in the water, and massively reduce any risk of infection ect (which is only a tiny risk anyway) It was such a relief to get all the wax out, and all of a sudden I could hear again, I could hear stuff I'd forgotten I should be able to hear, just little things we take for granted. It was like people were shouting at me when talking after I initially cleaned my ears! I had to turn down the TV volume and the volume on my mobile as they were cranked right up. I knew I was struggling with my hearing but not this much. The company are going to start selling replacement 'tips' for these as well. I emailed the company to see where I could buy them from. The instructions say they are disposable but have no info about where to buy new ones. Originally they didn't intend to sell them separately, but have now said that they will start selling them on amazon very soon. If you need your ears cleaning I would 100% recommend this device, I'm really glad I've bought it. No more trying to make appointments at the surgery, no need to travell there, and most importantly no more fee's to have my ears cleaned. I wear earplugs when I sleep and this compacts the wax making the issue even worse. But a couple of days of ear drops and this device and the problem is sorted.

2 weeks of blocked ear solved pretty quickly
I could have dug around in my ears with a cotton buds but I am a bit scared of it after almost bursting my eardrum a couple years ago. I mostly let it just build up and head to the local doctors office for them to stick a wildly long surginge into my ear and extract the build up. After looking at a couple products, I finally stumbled across this really easy to use item. To start with, its not directly plugged into the wall - which is great. So you USB charge it up, and after about 10 minutes you are good to go for a cleaning of both ears. How it works it, it sucks up the warm water from the first chamber and spits it out the nosel at the end into your ear -- then sucks that into the second chamber. I pretty much live on my headphones due to my work - and get rather large build ups that was easily handled by this machine. Its pretty expensive, but will give you a great bi-weekly routine item to keep your ears nice and clean. Would work great for a small family as well. Would recommend if you have similar problems. The suction cup that attaches to the side of your ear does collect the build up and needs cleaning with a toothpick or something to make sure its extracting the water.

As good as NHS irrigation
I suffer from impacted earwax and increasingly muffled hearing in one or both ears appears with annual regularity. Our NHS practice still offers irrigation free of charge but with a 4-5 week waiting time, so I looked for alternative means to clear the latest particularly bad blockage. Olive ear drops or Earex-style drops never clear my ears on their own and irrigation is the only solution. This machine looked ideal so I gave it a try and it cleared my ear perfectly. It is important to note the following: 1) using the machine on "dry" ears without 3-5 days of olive oil drops will just push the wax further into the ear, so the olive oil is essential even though it does temporarily block the ear completely 2) Earex/Otex drops do not work for impacted wax because they dry the canal wax into small flakes and these fall back into the ear, creating a barrier against deeper wax that olive oil takes ages to soak through 3) It requires persistence. The first irrigation cleared out dry skin and wax from the canal but didn't shift the deep impacted wax, so more olive oil drops for 2 days were needed. 4) Start with the lower setting and increase to the high setting, otherwise the high setting just pushes the wax further against the drum. I found the multi-spray nozzle works much better than the single jet nozzle but you are only supplied with one of these even though they are supposed to be single use (I disinfected it and dried it out to use again without issue) 5) The second attempt looked futile but, again, persistence is required and I used nearly 2 full containers of water before the wax finally started to shift. When it did loosen a huge amount of loose wax came out in a steady stream of flakes and larger lumps, together with that very satisfying "pop" when the ear clears completely. It probably took 1-2 minutes of squirting that feels like ages and goes against natural instinct but it's the only way to clear deep wax. 6) You need to push the machine quite firmly in the ear and then start it (only goes so far and not right into the canal) and slowly wiggle it around rather than just lightly squirting water in. This is what agitates the wax and gets it shifted. Again, it's not instinctive but holding the machine steady may not achieve results. 7) When you think the ear is clear it's worth giving it another go a few minutes later because a surprising amount of residue can get left behind 8) Stand over a bath or shower enclosure and let the irrigation fall into that, because the machine is like a water pistol and water/wax goes everywhere if you are being vigorous. A small irrigation bowl is supplied for that purpose but pretty useless 9) The sound and sensation is identical to the machine used by the NHS so there is no discomfort or surprises, unless you're new to irrigation perhaps. In summary, I will never go back to the NHS for irrigation (or use so-called specialists who charge a fortune for the same procedure) and endure weeks of ear blockages because this machine works perfectly in the convenience of my own home. Despite my initial doubts and cynicism it really does achieve the same results.

Works great .
Hello, this ear irrigation device works great. It has enough of water power to remove even stubborn wax . Unlike other reviewers I used it on the normal setting rather than the soft setting . An important issue to help remove dried wax is to use olive oil for in the 4/5 days before you use the machine. A few mls of oil in the ear and pop in some cotton wool to keep it in and it really makes the job easier. Because the water jet contacts the back of the ear and makes contact with your inner ear I did notice for a few minutes of very slight ‘ unsteadiness ‘ after the extraction. Just lie down for a few minutes . Overall, with the right temperature water, and pre softening the stubborn wax this machine joes a great job. Costs less than a single ear irrational in a Dublin clinic. 5 *.

Magique
