Two sizes included. Not a HUGE difference between the two sizes, but one is definitely more substantial than the other to hold toes apart more firmly. They work well to separate toes and help ease future bunion problems. My toes aren't bad so I'm not needing to correct a severe issue. But these help position toes in better alignment temporarily, while wearing them. Maybe even improving long term. I wouldn't wait and depend on these for severe crooked bunions. And it's good to start for short intervals and increase time wearing for comfort and adjustment.

Hab inzwischen drei verschiedene Paare bzw. Ausführungen. Nicht alles ist für sämtliche Fußformen mit diversen Längen, Breiten, Fehlstellungen, etc. geeignet. Da muß man selbst aktiv werden und suchen. Denn das sind immer Einheitsgrößen bis auf die extrem teuren correcttoes (die gibt es mittlerweile in 4 Größen ) und zusätzlich soll man sie mit der Schere auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse hin optimieren. Aber die sind aus viel härterem Material als diese hier. Also auch nichts für jeden Fuß.Anfangs konnte ich nur die eine Sorte für jeweils 15-20 Minuten meinen Füßen zumuten. Fußgymnastik, Massage, etc. haben zusammen mit einem koninuierlichen Herantasten die Tragezeit auf mehrere Stunden erhöht. Jetzt sind meine Füße soweit, dass sie das andere Paar anfangen zu tolerieren. Geht nun auch immer besser.Ist mein Hallux valgus weg? Nein, das wird er auch nicht, da er durch Jahrzehnte langes falsches Schuhwerk längst zu einem strukturellen und damit tief sitzendem Problem geworden ist. Machen die Spreizer dann überhaupt Sinn? Ja, das können sie wenn man sie richtig einzusetzen weiß. Dann sind sie ein Puzzlestein auf dem Weg zu mehr Beweglichkeit und weniger Schmerz im Fuß und Großzehengrundgelenk. Die unabdingbare Basis für mich war und ist seit diesem Sommer Barfußlaufen in Haus und Garten. Und muß ich Schuhe tragen, dann nur Minimal bzw. Barfußschuhe mit weiter sehr weiter Zehenbox, idealerweise so, dass ich mit den Zehenspreizern darin bequem Platz finde. So getragen oder barfuß machen die spreader den größten Sinn! Wenn ihr wirklich achtsam mit euren Füßen umgeht, dann werdet ihr nichts mehr falsch machen und ihr werdet selber wieder spüren lernen was ihnen gut tut.
