High foaming, goes a long way, breaks down dirt without you scrubbing.
This stuff is pretty great. I've had a foam cannon since last year, but haven't broken it out. I got a new "to me" truck and decided it was time. I just had regular car wash liquid the first time. It took well over a cup to wash two vehicles. I decided to try this stuff as it's supposed to be extra foaming and work well with foam cannons. I can tell you it does. I put about 2-3oz. as recommended in my foam cannon bottle and filled the rest with water. I was able to wash my truck, a mustang and almost have enough left for another small-ish automobile. In fact, the cheap foam cannon I have is supposed to be able to switch from foam to water by turning a knob. It worked with the first soap, but this one was apparently so foamy that I couldn't adjust it enough to have no foam. I had to remove it when I needed water and put another tip on it.I was also impressed by it's break down power. I had bird splat and a couple of other things that had been baking in the sun, on the side view mirror and paint for a week. I expected to need to scrub them. They didn't blast off in the initial rinse. I foamed them and washed other parts of the truck. When i went to scrub them, they were gone. This stuff had broken them down and rinsed them away. Two other things I liked about it are that it's pH neutral, so it doesn't break down your wax and that it has water softeners in it to prevent hard water spots on drying. I have no idea of the validity of either claim, but I'm going to assume it's true if it's in writing and I didn't have spots when it dried. I particularly like that this one won't break down your wax as I'm a lazy washer who was previously in the category of maybe once a year washing. I want to do better with this "new" vehicle. I'd like to be able every week or two to rinse it, foam it, hit it with a microfiber on a stick, rinse it again, and dry. Maybe apply a wax every month or two. I think this product will make it easy enough for a lazy person to care for their automobile.Just as a side note, I have a good sense of smell, but I didn't get any particular "scent" off of this stuff. I know that others talked about their melon smell. I guess mine was melon lite, but that wasn't what I bought the product for. I'm very satisfied with it.

Smells good
Thick so stays on longer and doesn't slide off. Works well in our foam sprayer.

Effective, but Pouring Presents a Challenge
The Chemical Guys Honeydew Snow Foam Car Wash Soap earns a four-star rating from me, acknowledging its effectiveness in cleaning, but highlighting a notable challenge in pouring. While this car wash soap delivers on its promise to provide a thorough and foamy clean, the issue arises during the pouring process. The consistency of the soap makes it challenging to pour without potential spills or drips, adding an element of inconvenience to an otherwise effective product. On the positive side, the cleaning power and the delightful honeydew scent enhance the overall car washing experience. The soap effectively lifts dirt and grime, leaving a satisfying finish on the vehicle.

Good Soap, Foamy, concentrated, up to par with the rest...
Quality of Soap - Foams nicely in the MTM cannon attachment like all the videos, 2nd wash I used it in the Bucket/wash mit and it suds enough to give the exterior a nice hand-wash leaving it shiny & smooth.BUT - I am a maniac when it comes to keeping my Black Yukon clean because I commute for work and it stays dirty, so I am addicted to trying different soaps and to be honest I have no been dissapointed with one yet.... Right now in my garage I have the following soaps: Zymol, TurtleWax, Mothers M-Tech(my favorite), TurtleWax Ice, Meguiare's Gold Class, Mother's California Gold, even the cheaper stuff made by Rain/ex & Armor-All.... and all of those are atleast twice the volume of 1 little bottle of HoneyDew or Mr Pink and less $$$. Why spend $9.99 on 16oz on Chemical Guys Soap when you can get a Gallon of any of the soaps that your local Auto-Zone will sell for the exact same price? TO be honest the Chemical Guys soaps are pretty concentrated to I think it all evens out in the end. It's all about personal preference. Out of all the soaps in my garage and now the Chemical Guys, they all pretty much produce lots of suds, contain detergents to help lift dirt, and usually contain a bit of Carnauba Wax in the soap to give your car that smooth sensation when you dry the car and run your hand on the surface. Nothing is as concentrated and thick as Chemical guys soap. If I can achieve the same results with cheaper but good quality soaps I named, I am going to save some money.Note to anyone watching those Chemical Guys YouTube videos, If your car is filthy, truly filthy, a coat snow foam & rinse isnt a substitute for hand washing, it's a pre-soak to help loosen up the dirt and road grime, then you power wash it off and get a bucket and soft mit and hand-wash for a proper/correct clean.Note to guys watching the YouTube videos, Those guys are Snow Foaming a Shiny Bright-red clean Mustang Cobra, or the infiniti calling it "dirty"... thats misleading a tad lol... I want to see them do a TYPICAL car that hasnt been washed in weeks, not a bunch of shiny sports cars!!But as far as the soap goes, Chemical Guys have been around a long time for a good reason, they make quality stuff, so give it a try... Mr Pink is also great stuff, but remember, its like mild-molasses, super concentrated so be careful not to waste it, I use a 1/3 cup in a 5 gallon homer bucket and it's right on the money. Conclusion: Today I snow-foamed with Mr Pink, power washed, and did a hand wash with HoneyDew in a bucket. The end result was the exact same shine & feel I normally get when I use the rest of my regular soaps...

Does as advertised!
Smells good. Cleans very well in between washes. A light dust on paint no problem. Heavy dust to dirt works great on that also. It will remain in my arsenal of soaps.

Awesome Foaming Soap!
I got Chemical Guys Honeydew Soap after having my car ceramic coated with Kenzo IGL. Detailed suggested it and taught me about washing the easy way. I now use this soap and the foam cannon and my car looks like a snowball during the wash. All I need is some slight wiping around in the dirtiest areas and power rinse and the car is clean, shiny, and the water rolls off.I love this soap and the other CG products I’ve purchased. Top of the line all the way!

Let there be foam.
I tried a few different soaps for my foam cannon. So far this soap produces a rich shaving cream dense foam. I tried Mr. Pink, Turtle wax, and some no name brands. This outperformed them all. Bought during prime days special, so I saved $10, but would still recommend at full price. The only soap that edges this out is Adams mega foam. But it comes in at almost double what I paid for the Honeydew! So I'll keep using the Chemical Guys for the foreseeable future.
