My work computer has a glitch and the IT department can't get me a new computer just yet. This device was a lifesaver! I work on the phones and a lot of times my system is open but I'm talking and not touching the keyboard or the mouse. Due to the glitch in my computer system my computer would go to downtime screen and it takes a very long time to reopen it. This has helped so much with the long conversations I have with people on the phone. I can actually sit back and have a conversation without my hands constantly on the mouse or keyboard hoping my computer doesn't go to the lock screen. The device is quiet, easy to use and once I need to start typing for my phone call I can easily just press the button or take the mouse off the device. This is a must have for work at home people!

The product itself is very good but the USB.cable provided is not working

It just rotates back and forth - could easily be detected as automated movements. You have to have a plug for power. Because you obviously don't want to plug it into your work laptop. I wouldn't recommend this if you were concerned your laptop was being tracked.
