As I opened the package, I was doubtful of how good it will function. First, you need to read the instructions on how to switch from one feature and intensities. It's not hard to follow the instructions, easy to use once familiar with the features and settings. It's very impressive considering how small the gadget is! Unit has built in rechargeable battery which charges easily using provided type C cable but doesnt include the plug unit to 110V. But you can use a regular phone charger plug to the wall. Each wire cables include a Velcro to keep from unraveling when not used and keep everything organized too! Very portable, fits in a regular pocket, so you can use it while walking or doing something. Keeps you mobile, functions pretty good and does all the different settings! I used it first time on both of my legs shins which always gives me nagging pain. But after using this gadget with different intensities, different massages, testing all features really gave instant relief!

Amazing product. Works perfectly fine. Was a great help for my lower back. Perfect for the price range.

It works pretty well overall. I wish the buttons would light up since I usually use this when I'm in bed going to sleep. I also wish the lead separation was wider, but it's okay. The other thing I noticed is that it doesn't feel like the impulses are the same in both pads at the same time. Sometimes I can barely feel one over the other. Full disclosure, I have not read the entire manual yet. When I use it on my lower back for 90 minutes when I go to sleep, my back feels better in the morning.

This was suggested to me by a co-worker after having stress related neck pain for a while. Key to me was an easy to use controller, which it has, but the surprise was how long the unit holds a charge. Very happy!
