Got this for my son who’s a gamer, and he absolutely loves it! The keys feel responsive, the design looks great, and it’s perfect for long gaming sessions.

It's a keyboard, and it works...
And that's about the only good thing I can say about it. Usually I'm not bothered by keys clicking and even kind of enjoy the sound of typing on a mechanical keyboard, but this seems egregious even to me. And I thought it would be the kind of keyboard where you could change the color backlighting the keys. Nope. It's got single color rainbow segments. Which I actually kinda hate. It will work for now I guess, but I'm definitely gonna be buying something else in the not so distant future.

Decent budget keyboard
I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw the listing for this keyboard. It made no mention of what type of switches were in the keyboard, so I wasn't sure if I'd get clicky, tactile or linear. I don't have a strong preference, so I figured I'd be happy with whatever I ended up with. I received the keyboard and tried it out, and it has "content" branded blue clicky switches. The keycaps look and feel a bit cheap, but they are serviceable and can be replaced with standard Cherry style caps if needbe. The secondary print looks like a cheap stamped ink that will come off in short order, but time will tell. The RGB on the keyboard looks alright, but keep in mind that the colors on the switches are static, meaning they never actually change. The "P" key will always be red, and the "W" key will always be green, for example. Strangely, there are RGB light strips on the side of the keyboard, and those colors do cycle and change. There are a number of effects for the key lighting you can change (wave, etc.), but the colors will always stay the same. The cable is a somewhat thick non-removable rubber cable. The exterior construction is all plastic, but it doesn't feel light or cheap. The stabilizers aren't the best, and the backspace key and space bar are quite loud. However, the switches still feel nice and the keyboard performs as expected. I can recommend this to gamers on a budget as it works perfectly and is still pleasant to type on and game with. I think the current cost of $50 is a bit steep, and I would wait for it to go on sale.

2 stars fir ignoring the basics
I am not a gamer; so, I have always had difficulty finding a reliable 105-key, 17”wide, illuminated mechanical keyboard under $50; but, I keep looking ... Admiring the continuing reliability of a 9 year old Acer monitor, I purchased this keyboard to replace an otherwise liked, but prematurely failed Red Dragon mechanical board. The, crisp feel and click of the Acer keyboard is very satisfactory; however, I see two problems leading me to a lowered rating... First, the letters on the key caps, although legible, are needlessly small compared to the Red Dragon; so, the shift+ symbols on all the number keys are very tiny, poorly defined and p* me off.. I don't like having to squint. And the color selection lacks A basic versatility.. When using the keyboard, the many decorative,. fancy-dancing light patterns are distracting;. But, when I want an alternative: a simple monochrome color cannot be selected to illuminate the entire keyboard. This board is always illuminated in some pattern mode of multi-colored rainbows. If there is a way to correct this, I have not yet found it. The keys are lit in vertical green, orange, red, blue, purple, blue and green bands .from left to right. The illuminating color of each key is permanent and patterns are restricted to flashing and dimming that color..

Will Probably use This as my Main Work Keyboard
I immediately tried out this keyboard on a typing test and typed at roughly the same speed as my main keyboard so all in all I would say this keyboard is very easy to adapt to. The keys initially feel a little cheap but after using the keyboard for awhile, I no longer noticed. The key presses are a bit deep compared to some of the other keyboards that I have used so I did find myself missing some keystrokes initially. The space bar and the backspace button feel slightly different compared to the other keys and not in a good way. The sound of these keys are very sharp and a bit loud. I would probably feel uncomfortable using this keyboard in a shared room with coworkers because of how loud it is. As far as presentation of the keyboard goes, I really like the lighting on it and the keyboard does look very stylish. All of the keycaps are large and easy to read for me. Overall, I think the pricepoint is pretty decent for the keyboard. It doesn't blow me away but I absolutely think it is "fair".

A pretty good keyboard. Some of the characters a bit hard to read.
