Great workout tool
This is a great workout tool, especially if you're trying to work on your balance. The quality is nice! I like that it uses a magnet to connect the mounts on the bottom. I think this is a good value. I have had it for almost a year with no problems, and I use it regularly. It's not small enough to practice popping up on it, so if that's what you're trying to do, I'd look somewhere else. This balance board has multiple difficulties; this product would be good for kids.

Awesome for kids and adults
I bought this for my kids, but my husband and I have loved to use it, too! It's such a fun, simple way to work on core strength, leg strength, balance, and who knows what else. It's well made, has a nice grippy surface, lots of options for different skill levels. It's easy to switch around to the different modes.

Versatile and high qualityโgreat for all levels!
Iโm really happy with this balance board. The surface is truly non-slip, which makes it feel very safe during workouts. The kit is impressiveโit comes with various side stoppers (the width is perfect for me) and circular ones. The included ball adds a lot of variety. I use it for push-ups, squats, or just for standing to improve my balance. Itโs built well enough for both beginners and professionals. Highly recommend!

Fun for the whole family
I initially bought this to help strengthen my ankles and smaller leg muscles but this has quickly become the go to item for the whole family. My kids canโt get enough of it and we have already seen real improvement on their balance. The whole system came ready to go right out of the box and there was no assembly required. The board is a good size and I really like that you can change out the guards to make it easier or harder based on who is using it. I saw similar boards that only had one or two difficulties for nearly double the price so this whole setup seems like a bargain in comparison.

Challenging & Fun
This is my second balance board styles like this. This one is much nicer than the last one I bought. The roller you balance on is hard and slippery and makes it challenging, even kn carpet. The ball is solid and even more difficult. If you want to change what your balancing on, the piece all are magnetic so it takes seconds to switch the configurations. This balance board is awesome. I weigh about 225 lbs and it handles me no problem.

Needs better information booklet
This board is very well made and the magnetic parts are convenient. I wish it had come with more clear instructions on setting up for skill levels and some basic exercises. I went online and found what I needed. However the little bit of instructions that came with this were confusing and limited

Great for balance and core strength
I love this thing! I'm 72 and an avid cyclist. My daughter, skilled on snow and skate board, introduced me to this. I was attracted to the side to side hip work, as opposed to the constant front to back of cycling, and the balance component. I've been a long term practitioner of standing on one foot to improve balance but this in a whole other league. It is definitely a lot harder than it looks. This will test your core in a whole new and very beneficial way. Note that I've only used to roller at right angle to the board. I find the middle stops best for starting out. At this point, I'm not interested in using the ball balancing or the roller parallel to the board. Here is my recommendation for getting started: 1. Start on a rug. I use it on a medium pile carpet. There is a trade off between effort and stability depending on surface. As I'm getting better on this, I plan to progress to a thin rug then bare floor but this feels safest now. Safety is VERY important! You don't want to fall. 2. I spent this first week doing this in front of something I could hold on to without bending over too much. In my case, I'm using a 6' high book shelf unit which is securely fastened to the wall (important!) to hold on to for stability. I use it in 3 minute sessions 3-4 times a day and this allowed me to be safe, get this feel of using the board, and start to build strength and activation of the muscles used with the board. 3. As I got comfortable (after about 5 days) I started to work in short (few seconds) periods where I'd let go. It is amazing how even a light grip on something takes the load off the muscles needed for full side to side balancing. 4. I've now worked up to the point where I do a 3 min workout without needing any stability grabs. but I'm not yet able to get a smooth side to side seesaw that is the goal. I believe this will come as this work builds the hip and core muscles that are used. 5. Be patient. Even if you are only letting go of your support short periods you will be amazed at the muscles you are working. All in all, great fun and is a great way to improve balance. Balance is an important and often neglected component of health and well being for us older folk.

Quick to learn, fun to compete, very strong!!
This was a great purchase. Right out of the box itโs easy to get going. The pieces for the type of balancing you want to do snap and stay and in place easily. This is really durable, as I am 280 lbs and my husband is 290. The board hits the ground like nothing happened, and shows no signs of bending - doesnโt even creak. Honestly impressed. I got this for him because he used to skateboard, but lately his balance has declined, so I thought this would be a fun gift to get him working on his balance that would take him back to his past time. He was annoyed a first because of what o was essentially implying, but now he hopes on it and really seems to enjoy it. He said his legs really burn and it feels great. I gave it a try as well and I can confirm it is a challenge, but not as scary as I thought it would be. The first step and shift was . . . but the learning curve is quick, so Iโd say just trust that it gets easier very quickly. Itโs honestly fun to see who can hold balance the longest, and try and volley back and forth without touching the ground.

Un peu cher mais bonne qualitรฉ.

Exceeded my Expectations / Well Built / Sturdy & Great Fun!
I spent a little while choosing which balance board to purchase and I ended up deciding on this one, I'm glad to say I'm not disappointed. I'm a total beginner at balance boarding and after spending around 20 mins on it for my first attempt I'm already balancing on my own. Definitely ease in with starting on a carpet and have a chair in front of you to hold on for support i needed this for around 10 mins before I could let go and comfortably balance. The board is sturdy, well made, the grip tape is very good, I wore my trainers and I think I would continue to do this vs barefoot or socks I feel more in control with trainers on. The material of the tube is also great and ensures a smooth movement. Love that this option also comes with multiple training levels and includes a ball. It's such a fun workout it's only my second day on it and you quickly get used to the motion and positioning you need to be in, great work out, it engages so many of you're muscles, my thighs were killing me this morning when I woke but I was back on it for a short session this afternoon because It's so much fun! You only need a little 10/20 min go to begin with for a few days, don't over do it or else you're muscles may punish you! I have also brought a cork yoga mat to practice on when I feel confident enough to move off the carpet, I don't fancy damaging my flooring so hopefully the cork mat prevents this. Give it a go!
