Bed wedge
This item helped me very when adjusting my mom's sleeping pattern. Great item

Contaminated inner foam material
I removed the wedge from it's original box and broke the vacuum seal to start the relaxion process to get it to it's designed shape and size. I unzipped the fabric cover and saw the bottom of the foam was contaminated with dirt or possibly mold. I immediately started the return process. I see other reviewers have had the same experience. The manf. date on the box was in May of 2023. It may have developed condensation in the plastic wrapping and the fabric outer cover bled onto the inner foam. I don't recommend this product.

If you have sciatica, this might help you sleep.
This is way to sleep without putting pressure on the sciatic nerve, which runs through your pelvis and down the bottom part (posterior) of the muscles that make up your butt. So, you can lay on this, not on your back, and not have to contract muscles in your back to maintain that posture while you sleep. It's compact, easily transportable (you can compress it), and works extremely well. Very well made and durable.
