This is the one you want!
This one (the red nfc reader) has good range and reads ndef data unlike some other readers that only read the reader type/ model number. If you want to read what is on the nfc this reader is for you!

Using it to read and write RFID tags. Has pretty good reading range.

Does the job but the range isn't as good as the V4 of this board. However, this V3 board is significantly cheaper and it's good enough.
