Simple and quick installation
I carry a light with me whenever I ride. I might get stuck in a shaded area at dusk and need some light for a repair. When I saw this I knew it would fit the bill. It is light, low profile and installs in under a minute. It comes with 2 large straps and 2 small straps. The small strap is a tough stretch over thicker MTB bars but it does the job and is secure. The included wrench allows you to change the position for either type of light whether you have a 90 degree angled lamp or a standard flashlight.Pros:Should fit all bikes and lights. **You could fit a 3 D-Cell light if you wanted but it would be annoyingly huge.Low profile and lightweight.Installs and uninstalls in under a minute- just strap it on and go!ConsBeing that the bands are like rubber the light might be secure, but it will likely result in a bouncing beam unless you have a single CR123 or maybe a single AA light where most of the flashlight is pressed against the bracket. Not a good permanent option. If you want a more permanent long-term mounting option look at something that has actual hardware.

Simple, inexpensive, works well
I was looking for a simple bike mount that would go on and off easily and hold my existing lights rather than buying a new, bike specific light. This fits fine on my 35mm mountain bike handlebar with the longer strap.I have tried it with my fenix E21 2xAA flashlight and my Fenix HM50R right angle 1x16350/CR123 light. Both lights held securely with the shorter strap. The longer 2 AA cell light would bounce a bit on larger bumps causing the beam to bounce but it did not shift or require repositioning. The lighter, right angle single 16350 light was very stable with no bounce or wobble at all and made an excellent bike light on this mount.Should work very well with an 18650 sized light as well (same diameter just longer). The mount can loosen with a phillips screw and rotate in 90 degree increments to orient a light either perpendicular to or parallel with the handlebar. Photos posted. The inside of mounting surface has soft gripping strips that hold well and do not mar the light or bars.Mount comes with 2 short and 2 long straps. The mount is small and light enough to carry with my light all the time.Exactly what I was looking for, would highly recommend this mount.

Works fine, easy to install, and inexpensive.
I had some el cheapo lights on my bike that I do ride in the dark. The rear light flashed red - perfect. The front light had 3 modes; bright, not very bright, and flashing. Trouble is the front light was better for people to see me than for me to see.I have a Nite Ize rechargeable flashlight (the Radiant Rechargeable Utility Light purchased right here on Amazon) that is versatile and pretty bright. SO I bought this universal light mount. It installs easy enough and you will most likely need to adjust the mount so the frame is orientated so the flashlight aims forward. You'll need a smaller phillips head screwdriver to do this. Unscrew the screw, rotate the base 1/4 turn, tighten the screw and you are good to go.This morning was the maiden voyage. My flashlight was fully charged and installed on the bike and away I went. After aiming it, all was good. I ride through some areas where lighting is non existent in places. I was able to see people walking well before I got close to them. The mount held the flashlight where I aimed it. It did wiggle a bit hitting bumps but that is to be expected. This mount will not cushion the ride of the flashlight but I try to avoid hitting the big bumps as there are other consequences in doing so...Having only used this one time, I like it. I don't love it - yet. I like that the mount came with 2 extra rubber bands because I'm sure over time one of them will brake and need replacing. If nothing else, I'll find some similar sized O rings and see how they work.I have a much smaller flashlight that I may test out in the future. Should things change with this mount, I will update the review.

I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner.
If you want to attach a regular flashlight to your bike handlebars, this is the thing to have. Doesn't matter what flashlight you have, if it can fit in your pocket, it'll probably fit in this holder. It securely holds everything from the smallest flashlight I own (a thrunite archer mini), to the largest flashlight I own (a convoy L21B). It can even hold onto my streamlight stylus pro penlight. It's light and small enough to easily fit into any bike bag or backpack without noticing it. Ideal for an emergency light rig in case you get caught out after dark.

Very useful. Absolutely worth having.
This thing is fantastic. It enables my bikepacking flashlight to go from being a 2-purpose item to a 5-purpose item. Previously, my light could be a headlamp or a flashlight. With this mount, it can now also be a helmet light, handlebar light, or even a taillight in an emergency. It also takes my previous handlebar light, and gives me the option of mounting it to my helmet. I bought one of them for each of my lights. Highly recommended.

This product is much cooler than the boring sales language suggests.
Application: I ride at night and prefer to use 2 bright lights, one on the bike and one on my head. My first use for this mount is on my helmet. Yes, a flashlight on my head looks ridiculous, but it's dark and no one sees how I'm lighting up the path. And if you want to use this on a handlebar, it's sturdy.Product I replaced: I grew so tired of the traditional, holster-style flashlight mounts. I bought this mount so I could move flashlights in an out of the mount rapidly.Quality: Excellent. The mount is a high-quality plastic/nylon and the bands are strong. Just in case, they give you 2 of each band.Versatility: The variety of possible configurations surprised me. The concave fittings can be parallel or perpendicular. Each of the concave sides features a different diameter, so if one side does not fit your flashlight perfectly, flip it and try the other side. There is a small band and a medium band and those can be moved to either of the 2 concave sides. Upon first installation, my configuration gave my flashlight a good fit. After some experimentation, I achieved an excellent fit. Conclusion: This product has been designed well. The insides of the concave holders, for example, have gripping ribs to hold the flashlight. It's a compact, effective solution and I wish I had discovered it earlier.

Nice simple product. Well designed.
Being a retired mechanical engineer, I know good design when I see it. This product was well thought out. I didnโt use the product exactly as intended. I have a recumbent trike with a Bosch motor/battery setup. The motor and pedals or boom hangs out between the two front wheels and I wanted a headlight. Bosch provided one tapped hole for that purpose. The number of bike headlights on Amazon that mount with a single screw is close to zero. So I made a custom bracket and unscrewed the two halves of this product, cut off an orientation ridge and screwed them to the bracket. The elastomer piece down in the radius is nicely designed. It removed and reinstalled easily. Had to do a little countersinking and drilling on the plastic to make a countersunk 10-32 screw work. The elastomer part covers up all the nasty looking modifications. Bought an Olight Warrior Mini2 flashlight and Iโm set. I couldnโt be happier with how this tuned out. Iโm sure the flashlight will stay right where it is. This product is a winner.

it kind of works.
this was a nine dollar gamble to try to get some more life out of bike light that works great, but whoโs original mounting strap broke. it works OK and the light will be usable for short trips on smooth pavement but overall it failed to meet expectations.I would not buy this type of product again. I think this brand and version are fine; I think this type of product is flawed. The fit is finicky and even if it works for your situation, it does not hold the light firmly enough. The lightโs position is affected by the riding surface. Bumps will alter the position of light and require constant readjustment. The elastomer rubber bands, just donโt grip the flashlight and particularly the handlebar tightly enough. And something you donโt realize is that every light has surface details. There are switches on the light, there are maybe grooves, thereโs maybe some places with the light is smooth some places where itโs rough. The point is depending on your light, this will influence where the rubber bands will wrap cleanly and grip best around it. The more stuff thatโs on the surface of your light, and the less itโs just a tube, I think the more finicky it will be to get your light mounted. The handlebar I attach this to ranged in diameter from 22 mm to 32 mm. At 22 mm the elastomer rubber bands were just not tight enough. I had to install it at the widest 32 mm point to get it snug enough to be usable. The light I attached it to tapers slightly from 29 mm to 32 mm. Again, I attached it closer to the thicker 32 mm and using the larger elastomer to get it snug enough to stay put.
