I was taking vitamin products with added prebiotics but never really noticed any changes. Then i read an article that the stomach acid kills most bacteria before they reach the gut, so it made sense when i saw this product having a gastro resistant capsule. I had very bad reaction to these tablets. Made reflux ten times worse and caused a bad skin rash. Two of the ingredients butyrate and inulin actually make the symptoms worse.

Je suis parti à l'étranger, j'avais prévu ce produit en cas de troubles intestinaux (tourista). Je l'utilise régulièrement aussi en cas de repas trop copieux. Parfait pour moi,. Seul bémol, à prendre la soir car peut donner des ballonnements.
