DSS Hapad Metatarsal Bars (Small) by HAPAD

So small a toddler would be better using them and so flat that you don't know they are there, so what's the point?

I fractured my foot and had to wear these. I only needed one for my right foot and these are hard to find. Glad Amazon had them. The really helped alleviate some pain I had.

I’ve been suffering terribly from metatarsal pain for several months. I went to a podiatrist and he prescribed orthotics that I purchased here on Amazon and the tear drop shaped metatarsal pads. No relief. A few days ago I purchased these inserts and I’m almost as good as new again. They are AMAZING! You have to put a drop of felt marker or lipstick on the bottom of your foot right where your pain is coming from, then put your foot into your shoe, or on the inner sole of your shoe, and then apply the pad right behind your painful spot. Be sure to just remove a bit of the plastic film on the bottom of the pad while determining the exact placement because it’s a bit difficult to move them around once you’ve stuck them all the way in because they adhere really well.

Did not help with chronic inflammation of metatarsals. Did not stay in place inside shoe e er

These pads were first given to me by my podiatrist and PT. When placed properly they are amazing. I apply them directly to the sole of my shoe (inside) as opposed to applying it to my foot. This allows for longevity of use - one pad will often last me months or years before it’s depressed flat. When you put these in the proper location, they are a godsend and relieve neuroma pain better than steroid shots. I have them in every single pair of shoes I own. If you apply them to your foot as shown in the instructions, you can only use them a few times before the stickiness is gone.

These are HARD and not comfortable at all. As a matter of fact they made the pain in my feet worse. I am sorry I bought them. Its like a hard piece of thick felt.
