not good for pole dancing!
i was unable to have the stickum spray sent to me due to postal restrictions so i thought i would try this. it is very sticky and hard to remove. i have since been able to get hold of the spray, and for leg and knee holds the spray is great for pole dancing, im sure the paste is good for the intended use but stick to the spray for pole dancing.

You'll Need Paint Stripper
Gave this product a try as I was due a mega back session at the gym and needed something to help with my sweaty palms since my liquid chalk had finished. In terms of increasing grip levels this product does what it says on the tin. However, what it fails to mention is that you'll need to use nothing less than paint stripper to get the stuff off of your hands, clothes, barbell and anything else that it comes into contact with. I used twice before having to order a liquid chalk on my way home from the gym. Stay Away!

Not just for bats anymore
As a youth athlete I was never really into putting stuff like pine tar on my bats. A few years ago I had a guitar teacher turn me on to this stuff called Gorilla Snot. It was a grip resin that they sold in the drum section at Guitar Center. Drummers used to to hold on to their sticks and guitar players used it to hold onto their picks. They don't sell it anymore so I was looking for a replacement product. This wax based paste is perfect. That pick is going nowhere! By the time the set is over the Stickem is mostly gone. No mess.

Great for playing basketball
Just a small amount on the fingertips will be fine..

Extreme extra gripping for sports.
Very sticky when used not exactly what I thought it would be like. If you are looking for extreme gripping product this would work for you.

A Sticky Situation
This is a jar of brown colored odorless sticky paste. It works okay for providing a firm grip on a bat or a basketball. It wears away on the gripping surface however it builds up on the sides of your fingers causing them to stick together. It is then very difficult to wash off. I tried to use this stuff to enhance my grip on a chin-up bar and rings. It seems affected by temperature and doesn't work well in the cold and works almost too well when it's warm weather. Overall I think this product is more trouble than I want to deal with.
