Buy it!!!! One of my filters was jammed solid with limescale and I couldn't move it, even though we have a water softener!! I used this and could release both filters, one was really gunged, and I then had a scrape at what was left. Decided to buy another one and now all traces of limescale are gone, thank goodness. Miele products don't come cheap, and although £35 is alot, the machine is worth it. I have now bought one for the dishwasher, and made a diary entry to do both again in a year.

Not cheap but well worth the money.
I have purchased this product on several occasions. Although it is more expensive than many similar products, it cleans my elderly washing machine far better than anything else I have tried. I certainly intend to go on using it.

Did the trick.Red light gone.Easy to follow instructions.Expensive for what the product is, no a great quantity.Recommended, but you can you an (cheaper) alternative detergent, which would work just as well.
